"Yes you have got an attitude almost bigger than Liam's ego" Toby chipped in causing laughter to erupt and earning a death glare from Liam "You better have dropped it by lunch."

i walked off with Libby to our lesson I was dreading, I pulled my skirt up a little bit hoping none of them had noticed. Me and Libby sat down at our desks, she was sat two desks in front of me, so we had to mouth things to each other. I sat next to this boy called Harrison, I'd be failing the class if I wasn't. He was really smart.

I never understood anything in chemistry it made no sense. The teacher Mrs Robins walked in, as soon as she sat down I muttered to myself "Bitch." I hatted her and she hated me so I knew for a fact that when she asked about homework I was definitely getting a full hour detention.

"Did you do the homework?" Harrison asked

"Did I fuck" showing him the empty sheet of paper.

"Here quick copy mine" He handed me the paper and ide never wrote so quickly, I couldn't even read what I was writing.

She started coming round the room collecting in paper, when she got to Libby's desk I stopped writing so she wouldn't see I hadn't done it. I hid my paper under Harrisons and gave them to her. I was desperately hoping she didn't look at mine. She walked away and I was relived, she sat down and started writing in her planner.

"I'll be seeing you tomorrow after school miss Owens, 30 minutes"

"But I-"

"60 minutes"

I decided to shut up before I got even more time in detention. Now I had to figure out a way to tell my brothers I have a detention for the homework I said I had done, sticky one.

The lesson dragged on forever and I was dreading my brothers reaction. I just wont tell them, but then they'll ask why I have to stay after school for an hour, ehhhhhh I couldn't win with them. They were going to be so mad, and they will probably tell Issac so that's even worse.

The bell ran and i grabbed my bag, shoving my book in it. I waited for Libby and then we went to maths. Maths i understood, but that didn't mean it didn't stress me out. I sat at the desk in front of Libby which was good and she sat next to this total jerk.

"What are you gonna tell them" she asked

"I really have no clue, there gonna be pissed"

"You didn't help yourself by telling them you had done it"

"I technically did some of it" I laughed and She kicked the back of my chair.

At break I sat with Libby and some other people we were kind of friends with including my crush. Some of them were boys which apparently mattered, but I didn't think anything of it.

I told Libby about my dream and she just laughed at me, she was the only person who knew who my crush and the only one I could trust. She gestured her head to tell me that Toby was storming on over, shit.

"What am I gonna do?"

"I honestly have no idea Riley" I didn't have time to respond with how scared I was.

Toby grabbed me by the collar and dragged me away from my friends, I already knew what was coming.

"What the fuck Riley, you got a detention!" he shouted

"W-what do you mean?" I said anxiously

"You know what I mean, wait until I tell Issac or even worse Dad!"

"No please no I beg" I could see his jaw was clenched

"You lied straight to our faces. "He screamed

"I'd done half of it, and besides its not that big of a deal Toby"

"That's not good enough, and yes it is and you know it is" he said sternly, I saw Liam approaching, great another load of shouting.

"How many times do we have to tell you to pull your skirt down" Liam said when he got to us. Now I knew I had everyone of my brothers mad at me no matter what I did next.

"omg" I muttered under my breaths i tried to walk away. Liam stopped me pushing me back against the wall. I pulled my skirt down as he wanted me to and then I walked of from them and returned back to Libby.

"Well that went well" She said sarcastically.

"I know, come on lets go"
