Could this be sweet potatoes? 

Although it looks a little smaller than modern sweet potatoes, the skin color and taste are really similar. If it were really sweet potatoes, it would have been much better this winter. For nothing else, this stuff is full, has a long shelf life, and can be used as a staple food.

In the evening, Xu Fei made roasted sweet potatoes for dinner and roasted a rabbit. Now that there is not enough food, Na Gu dare not to eat more, so Xu Fei roasted more sweet potatoes to prevent the big guy from being hungry at night.
