alright let's talk about methods! a method is a way to GET you into your dr or wr (waiting room) but a waiting room is totally optional.

when scripting you want to add what you'll smell when you're arriving and where you'll wake up in your dr. i scripted that i'll smell a fresh pot of coffee and i'd feel 3 taps on my forehead when i get there.
you do not need methods, if you want to use them i have some here for you but many people just visualize and shift but for some people that's hard <3
