DISCLAIMER: as of right now I have never shifted. I am making this because I have done quite a bit of research and want to share and get more information on the topic of shifting realities. If I get something wrong PLEASE comment so I can correct it.

So I'm going to be putting this here for the reality shifting community if anyone wants inspiration for their own lifa app. Before you ask, I used the Canva app to make all these and you can use my version and tailor the layout to your needs. this is my own bnha script, it includes personal information, Academic levels, training, school, Appearance, Personality, hygiene, safety, quirk, relationships, and extra stuff at the end I will explain a few of the methods I have tried and other things abt shifting you would need to know I hope this helps! also ask questions! I found a small black notebook with directions hidden inside. I followed them with an open mind. I didn't believe the notebook to be anything special until everything went very wrong. Note from the author: I created this short story for a fun competition on Vocal. I was thinking about making a part two, explaining where my character went wrong.
