This will include everything you need to know to successfully shift + tips It also includes a method I created called "THE POOL METHOD". I created it essentially for myself as none of the methods I tried were fully working for me. but since this one worked, I though I'd share it with you. PS: not every method will work for everyone. I made my script in a physical Journal because I like that for me better but decided to share my script and help others create theirs. I don't recommend using mine word for word because then it is not yours. Anyways I hope this helps you in your shifting journey! Let me know if you have any questions!
