                       ○Alfred's P.O.V○

I smiled nervously as he stared, messing with the cuff of my sleeve. The one with the shorter hair spoke up, keeping his cold stare. "Our mother has mistaken you for our brother, and she's been in denial that hes gone." Gone? "Who are you and why are you imposing our brother?" Me? An imposter? I'm the hero, why would I pretend to be someone I dont know?
I put my hands up in defences, laughing nervously. I'm not intimadated (seeing as I'm almost twice their height), but I'm really not in the mood to fight someone right now. "Woah there dude, I'm just as confused as you are!" I crossed my arms, shrugging my shoulders. "I accidentally ran into her earlier, and when I helped her up she just burst into tears and kept calling me 'Joseph'!" He face palmed, sighing.
"Of course that's how it went..But why did you go with her-" The blue-eyed male was interrupted by the honking of a car horn. He gave me the 'we'll talk about this later' look, then walked towards the car. His brother took my arm, and led me to the car. "Dont worry 'Joseph', we'll talk more about this when we get home, 'kay?" I nodded, getting into the car after him. The grown man, who I'm assuming is the mother's husband, started to talk. "Alright kiddos! Time to buckle up, we're going going out to eat, have any ideas?"

Alfred sat awkwardly in his seat, looking out the window. The brothers eyes lit up at the sound of food, listing out a couple different food places. "What about Sammy's diner? Oo-or we could go to wendys!" The hazel eyed boy listed, his brother agreeing with him. "Yeah! Or we could go to arby's!" The dad chuckled, agreeing with them. The blonde woman laughed as well, but spoke up. "Now, now. How about we let Joseph decide, then we can explain everything to him afterwards?" Everyone nodded, then looked towards Alfred. He cleared his throat, getting his hair ou of his face. "..What about Mcdonalds?" He froze for a second, did he really just ask that? His brothers were always yelling about how he ate too much of the stuff, how are they going to react? The dad laughed, not expecting McDonald's. The brothers looked at each other, smiling. The brothers started talking about the McRibs, making our hero feel a lot better.
"Of course! I haven't had a whopper in a while, it'll be a nice change of pace!" Alfred relaxed, tuning into the music a little. "So, Joseph, what have you been up to?" Alfred had to stop and think for a response, as he didn't want to reveal anything too personal. "I've been working with the government with my adoptive brothers." The Mother hummed, interested. "Brothers? How about you tell us about them?" Alfred shrugged, figuring he had nothing to lose by telling them. "I have two older brothers, and an older twin. We look really alike, so they call us twins. My twin is soft spoken, and really nice. He can be witty and sarcastic-oo, he is also very competitive with hockey!" Alfred relaxed as he talked about them, his smile widening. "Then there's the two older brothers, they fight a lot. One has HUGE eyebrows, and the other is an amazing cook! Eyebrows cant cook to save his life, but he is obsessed with tea.     One yells a lot, while the other flirts a lot. Eyebrows always scolds me for being 'immature', but at least I dont act like a cranky old man!" Alfred laughed, and so did everyone else. He didn't know why he felt it was okay to talk about them to complete strangers, but he knew they wouldn't meet. If England found out he would be livid, but he'll deal with it when he gets there.
"They certainly seem lively, a cranky old man? Pfft- he sounds like a wanker!" Alfred laughed a bit more, wiping a tear. "That's really ironic because he's British-" He was interrupted by the car parking, they have arrived! "Come on kids, it's time for you guys to get your Happy meals and big macs!" They all cheered, and our hero finally felt at peace. They got out of the car, and walked towards the McDonald's. Alfred opened the door, and the mother thanked him. He just smiled and said,

"Of course, I am the hero after all!"
