Chapter 5: The next day

When I woke up I got dressed and went to breakfast.

I went to sit at the Slytherin table and was eating my food when someone sat next to me.

'Hi y/n, did you sleep well?' Draco asked.

'Yeah I slept fine, how about you?' I asked.

'I slept very good, by the way I think Pansy has a crush on me tho. Do you know if she likes me?' He said.

'Well, she does talk about you a lot. It's kinda getting a bit annoying to be honest.' I answered.

'We'll see.' Draco said.

I ate the rest of my food, said bye to Draco and left to go to charms class.

After charm class Harry came up to me and said 'why did you sit next to Malfoy at breakfast? I told you not to sit next to him anymore.'

'I'm sorry but you weren't at breakfast when I came in so I went to the Slytherin table and Draco sat down next to me so it wasn't my fault.' I answered a bit annoyed.

'I have to go now, I can't be late at potions.' I said.

I quickly went to the classroom and sat down next to Cedric.

Snape: 'and why are you late miss Potter?'

'Uhmm I was talking to mister Flitwick.' I said.

Snape: 'okay, this time you can stay, but next time you will get detention. Now everyone turn to page 14 and make the potion.'

'Hi, how are you?' Cedric asked.

'I'm fine, how are you?' I asked.

'I'm good. I actually had a question. Do you want to watch a movie in my dorm after dinner?' He asked.

'Yeah, I'd love that! Now let's make this potion.' I said.

We finished the potion and did a great job.

After the lesson I went to lunch and it was quite boring.

After lunch I went to my last lessons.

When the last lesson ended I went to my dorm and made all my homework.

Time flew by and soon I had finished my homework and it was time for dinner.

I went to the Great Hall and sat down at the Gryffindor table.

'Hi guys.' I said 'I haven't seen you all day.'

'Hi y/n, how are you?' Ron asked.

'I'm fine, thanks for asking.' I said.

'Does anyone has something tonight. I wanted to do something together with all 5 of us.' Hermione said.

'Great idea Hermione! I'm in.' Ginny said.

'Can we do that another time? I already have plans for tonight.' I said.

'What are you gonna do then y/n?' Harry asked a bit worried thinking that I would maybe do something with Draco.

'I'm going to watch a movie with Cedric, relax Harry.' I said.

'Okay.' Ron said.

We all finished our food.

'Have fun y/n!' Ginny said.

'But not too much!' Harry said.

'Don't worry Harry, nothing will happen. Me and Cedric are just friends.' I said.

We all said bye and I went to Cedric's dorm.

I knocked on the door.

'Come in.' Cedrick said.

'Hi, did you pick a movie already?' I asked while I walked to his bed and sat down next to him.

'No, not yet. I'd figure that you maybe wanted to pick out a movie.' He said.

'What about a Christmas movie? It's almost Christmas.' I said

'Well, its Christmas in like 2 months but sure. Which movie?' He said.

'Hmm, maybe.... I KNOW IT!' I yelled.

'Stop screaming.' Cedric said while he was laughing.

'Can we watch the nightmare before Christmas Please🥺.' I said

'Alright, alright.' He said and he turned on the movie.

After about an hour I felt a bit sleepy so I laid my head on his shoulder.

'Are you tired?' Cedric asked.

'Yeah, a bit but I do want to watch the movie.' I said.

Cedric puts his arm around me and I laid my head on his chest.

I could hear his heartbeat and it was very calming.

When the movie was almost over, I ended up falling asleep.

Cedric POV

Omg did she fall asleep?! What do I do now? Do I wake her? No I let her sleep I can't wake her.

Okay but I'm kinda cuddling with my crush right now.

God I really like her, I hope she feels the same.
