I was bouncing my knee very impatiently waiting for the results. I knew my family had died but I just needed the doctor to tell me the truth.

"Miss. Wright?" The doctor walked out of the room and looked at his paper. I sighed and walked up to him.

"That is me." I slowly answered. He nodded and beaconed for me to follow him. I did as I was told and we walked in to the room with my mom, my dad, and my two brothers and sister. I took in a quick sharp breath and sighed at the sight. My family was home last night and there was a tornado, I was at my friends. The tornado went straight threw my house leaving nothing behind, not even my family or clothes.

"Honey, I'm very sorry to say this but....." he paused sighing. "I'm pretty sure you already know the answer. Your family is gone." He stated bluntly, like there wasn't even emotion in his voice, not even a hint of it. But I guess he has said it enough times it doesn't phase him.

"O- okay w- what do- do I do?" I ask my lip quivering and tears slowly trickling down my face. I wiped a tear away and the doctor sighed sitting in the chair next to me.

"Listen hun, I found your God parents. I contacted them and they said they are happy to take you. I would just like to warn you..." he chuckled. Then frowned again. "They have 9 boys. And no girls." He shook his head and handed me a folder.

"Here... this is a folder of this family, they are the Alexander's. This folder has all their information. And also your plane ticket to North Carolina." The doctor stood up and I followed suit. He pulled me in a hug.

"Thanks doc." I said and walked out of the room. I realized I have nothing but my iPhone and the clothes I have on. Sighing I walked out of the hospital and called for a taxi. When it came I told him the airport and payed him.

I boarded my flight and took my seat. I decided to look through the folder. The family was beautiful. The mother, Mary, was like a model. The father, Zachary, was handsome. All the sons were like gods. But I noticed one in particular, Noah, stood out to me. He had dark green eyes with dark, dark brown hair, almost black even. He was tall with broad shoulders, you could tell he had a toned body due to the fact of his tight shirt. I read the paragraph about him.

It stated that Noah was the same age as me making him 16. That he also was on the swimming team for his school. He had dyslexia and a very short attention span. Which I giggled at. He seemed very full of himself.

Bryce was 17, he had light brown hair with dark brown eyes. He was tall and had pearly white teeth. His paragraph didn't explain much just his sports he was in and the things he does in and out of school.

Every boys' single picture had a paragraph about them. All their names were Thomas (20), Zach (23), Luke (19), Bryce (17), Noah (16), Alex and George -twins- (14), Jacob (11), Taylor (6). The parents, Mary and Zachary, were both rich. Mary was the head manager for 10 Apple stores. Zachary owned all the Mc Donalds' in the western side of the U.S.

I sighed and fell asleep wondering what that family will think of me.

The jolt of the plane woke me up. I grabbed my folder hugging it to my chest as I walked off the plane.

When I walked out of the airport the hot North Carolina air hit my face and immediately made me smile. I lived in Chicago so I was used to cold. The heat made me feel more at home. I sat on a bench out side and called the number that was in the folder.

"Hello?" The voice asked.

"Hi this is Natalie Wright your God daughter. Is this Mary Alexander?" I asked biting my nails nervously.

"OH HONEY YES IT IS! I'll send a car to come get you!! We're excited your here." She said happily making me laugh a little bit.

"Okay well bye then." I spoke smiling.

"Okay hun I sent Luke to come and get you. bye sweetie." She hung up and I closed my phone waiting for Luke.
