Allie's POV
"Oh my gosh, is that Aiden Wilson with Laura Isaff?"
"No way, why is he walking with her? So out of her league."
I turned around. Aiden?

Dude, its only the 2nd freaking day of school, and there's already gossip in the air.
Geez.
I walked to homeroom, and I think..I fell asleep. Because this is what happened:
"Allie? Wake up." Somebody poked at me.
"I stretched, sat up, and stared at Aiden. He smiled a toothy grin, and I giggled.
"Hurry, look like you're doing the worksheet, or you'll get in trouble!" Aiden said.
I started on my worksheet, when this girl came up to us.
"So you're going out with Laura?!" She screeched.
Aiden playfully picked at his ear, and shyly looked at the girl.
"Well?" She demanded.
He looked at me, and back at the girl, and sighed.
"Yeah, I guess."
"OHMYGLOB WHY WOULD YOU GO OUT WITH HER?" She yelled, I shushed her, afraid I'd get into trouble.

"So, are you mad that I'm going out with Laura?" Aiden asked, as we walked to 2nd period.
Kinda, to be honest, but I didn't know why.
"Not really. I mean, you date who you wanna, right?" I laughed nervously.
He shuffled his feet. "But what if.."
I waited for him to go on. He bit his lip, which made me wanna kiss him.
"What if, I don't want to?"
My heart skipped, what does he mean by that?
"What do you mean?" I asked nervously.
He didn't look at me.
"What if I wanna go out with you?"
I stopped walking.
I looked up at him.
"Hold on, me?"
"Yeah, of course." He said, as if it were the most obvious thing.
"You're going out with Laura. Why? I mean, you said you don't wanna. How does that even make sense?"
He sighed. "If you want the full story, we have to skip."
I did a double take. "Skip? As in, class?"
He nodded slowly.
I signed. "Okay, I guess."
