Daya in jail

chapter 1

Set during and after Daya in jail.

It was a morning time. A person was contiously waking up another person.

Abhijeet : Daya. Uth jao.

Daya : ( in sleep ) Bas 5 minute.

Abhijeet : Ye akhiri baar hai.

Daya : ( in sleep ) Hmm.

Abhijeet left the room. After 5 minutes a strict voice came in as " Kya kar rahe ho tum Daya ?

Duty ke waqt so rahe ho ?

( in a loud tone ) Daya mai tumse baat kar raha hu.

Daya woke up in a jiffy and said " Sir mai soya nahi hu. Jaga hua hi ho. "

He rubbed his eyes. Till then the above lines were repeating. He became a little bit alert and looked around. Acp pradyuman was nowhere in room.

Daya : Sir to yaha par hai hi nahi.

His eyes fall on the mobile which was kept at the bed side. He took that mobile and found that the alarm was set in mobile. It took him few seconds to realize that it was alarm tone of alarm in mobile. He turned off the alarm and was about to put blanket again at the same time again voice hit his ears as " Daya maine kaha tha na ye akhiri 5 minute the. "

Daya got up from the bed and started murmuring " Saari neend ka dhai bana diya. Acchi tarah jaanta hai mujhe isliye jaanbujh ke Acp sir ki awaz ki alarm tone laga di. Pata tha sir ki awaz sunkar uth jayunga. Pahle to sirf bureau tha ab to ghar par bhi chain nahi.

Abhijeet dekhna iska badla mai jarur lunga.  "

He folded his blanket , kept the it at proper place and went to freshen up. He came in dining after sometime and found two cups of tea ready. He sat on chair and took the cup in his hand.

A minute or while Abhijeet joined him.

Abhijeet : Ho gayi neend puri ?

Daya : ( teasingly ) Ha wo bhi tumhari wajah se.

Abhijeet : Mai ? Maine kya kiya ?

Tumhe hi ne to kaha tha ki mujhe subah uthani ki jimmedari tumhari. Ab maine bas apni jimmedari nibhayi hai.

Daya : Ha ha duniya ke sabse bade innocent to tum hi ho.

Abhijeet raised his invisible collars.

Daya : Ye Acp sir ki awaz tumhare pass kaise aayi ?

Abhijeet : Bas ye mera talent hai.

Daya : Huh ! Bada aaya talent.

Abhijeet after taking last sip of tea said "  Chalo jaldi karo. Warna sach me late ho jayega. "

A smile came on Daya ' s face.

Abhijeet : Aain. Ye hasne wali kya baat hai ?

Daya : Wo isliye kyunki disguise tumhe karna hai. Mujhe nahi.

Abhijeet : Ha ha to kar lunga na. Isme badi baat kya hai.

Daya : Boss tum to disguise ke master ho.

Abhijeet : Chalo bohot ho gaya makkhan lagana. Jao tayyar ho jao.

Daya : Ja raha hu. Dekhna tum na meri baaton ko miss karoge.

Abhijeet : ( in a hurtful tone ) Daya.

Daya : Majak kar raha tha.

( in a jolly tone ) Mai to tumhare saath hi rahunga. Abhi to koi mission bhi nahi hai bas ek hi case hai. Wo bhi aaj solve ho jayega.
