"Gookie!" She whispered out his name with her half opened eyes.
But he didn't hear that then. He heard her calling out her name. She knew it was Jungkook. She opened her eyes and saw him standing silently beside her bed, head ducked down and trying hard to hold on his tears. A smile appeared on her lips, a weak smile.
He just stared at her smiling face. Even on that pale face, he was witnessing the most beautiful smile. A smile of victory, the smile was appeared after she won against death. He was not in state to talk or speak out a word. He just leaned his head closer to her. He closed her eyes and kissed on her forehead softly. Tears escaped his eyes and fall on her cheeks. A soft chuckle left her mouth, he heard her voice after so many years in front of him. He smiled revealing his teeth with that welled up eyes. She took up her hand to his cheeks and touched his cheeks, cupping his face, she brushed her trembling thumb upon his skin. He kept his hand on hers.
