Camila ask as she drag back on the perfectly rolled joint Lauren had prepared for the last day of their trip they were spending just sitting on the edge of a tattered fishing dock
"What, about the whole girlfriend thing?"
Camila nod releasing the air from her lungs with a gentle smile as her eyes stare out at the gently rippling water in front handing over the filter to the girl beside her
"God knows.. I don't think anyone would be expecting it that's for sure.. Sampson would be happy though, the last time he saw us we were trying to kill each other!"
Lauren laughed lavishing in the rich buzz that echoed around her mind settling the useless anxieties that reside in her stomach for absolutely no reason whatsoever
"I think he'd be proud of us for fucking it out.."
"Ew Camz don't say it like that!"
Lauren spat laughing back wildly as she scrape the thick hair from her rosy cheeks turning to face the caramel skinned beauty beside her just staring at the cute button now and thick black eyelashes that highlight the delicate nature of her face
"Don't you think it's weird.. we used to sleep with like every girl on campus to out do each other but the whole time we were actually destined to fuck each other?"
Camila spoke as she smiled with a cute glint thinking over how they used to only a few months ago, they hated each other passionately all thanks to their raging teenage egos yet somehow it evolved into them actually having a real relationship
"I mean the universe works in mysterious ways I guess? I'm not mad at it though.. hating you was fun but liking you is way better"
Lauren reply stubbing out the joint beside her before standing to her feet reaching down for the Youngers hand as they walk back up the tattered sodden wood
"You know I never actually hated you?"
Camila spoke as she interlock her fingers with Lauren's inflicting a confused glare that left the girl slightly speechless
"You didn't?"
"No... I actually had a huge crush on you when you first walked into home class, but then when I saw you dragging girls back to your dorm I guess it just made me jealous? So.. I started to do the same thing hoping you'd notice me"
She spoke honestly looking down at the ground as their feet walk in perfect unison, Lauren couldn't believe what she was hearing, she knew Camila was a hot head but never knew it was all thanks to her need for 'special' attention, the girl was a brilliant actress...
"Seriously? Is that why you crawled into my bed that night? When your heating was broken?"
Camila let out a small giggle
"My heating was never broken Lauren.. I was laying in bed that night and couldn't stop thinking about you after accidentally seeing you getting dressed through the window... I just came up with some stupid lie and obviously it worked!"
Lauren gasped back shaking her head, at the time she probably would have laughed but now after establishing her feelings for the girl it only left her heart feeling warm.. she made all of that fuss just to be next to her..
"Wow... your bullshit game is on point Camila for real! You managed to fuck me that night too? Was that in your plan?"
She asked still very shocked and slightly impressed by her girlfriends sneaky plot to live out her inner crush.. she had to hand it to the girl.. it was pretty smart
