Two Years After the divorce was finalized

"Q, come help me with these boxes!" I yell while walking with a box in my hand. I enter the empty house, and I set the box on the ground. Quinn is still looking around and running through the rooms.

"Wait Britt, I want to look around some more," she says jumping around

"Quinn we've explored the whole house like 5 times," I sigh

"But Britt, this time it belongs to us. We live here now," she says smiling

"Yeah I know, I signed the papers," I say laughing

She rolls her eyes playfully and grabs some more boxes from outside. Sometimes I wonder how Quinn and I can be so similar, yet so different. I mean, we're twins, but not identical. She looks more like our dad and I look more like our mom. She has dad's hazel eyes and I have mom's blue eyes. I'm tall like dad and she's shorter like mom. We're both crazy and energetic, but she's better at being serious. Quinn walks back in with a box and places it on the ground.

"B that was the last one," she says

"Yeah because I did them all," I say

"Yeah right," she scoffs

"Q you literally stood in the living room and stared at blank walls, then proceeded to pick up ONE box," I say laughing

"Whatever," she says rolling her eyes and laughing

We unpack some of our things, and everything else stays in boxes for now. We have been unpacking all day, and we want to finally relax for the day.

"Britt we should go to a bar or something," she says smiling

"Why?" I ask

"Because I need a drink. And we've been away from Lima for years. We literally just moved back here from New York, we should get reacquainted with it," she says

"I guess..." I say

We are already dressed, so we just walk over to the closest bar/restaurant. It's loud and crowded, but it looks pretty popular. There's a bunch of waitresses skipping around in little skimpy outfits that I think look tacky, but we ignore it and walk up to the bar. Quinn orders a round of shots, and I throw one back. Quinn drinks a lot more than I do in a few minutes, and she already develops a buzz. Out of the corner of my eye, I see a short girl with brown hair. I turn to her, and she waves at me.

"Hi, I'm Rachel," she says

"Brittany," I say to her while throwing back another shot

"I'm Quinn," I hear from behind me, and I see Quinn eying the girl

"Well I'll be back, I'm going to the bathroom, and then I have to meet up with my cousin," Rachel says

"Ok," Quinn says

"Q you totally got the hots for her," I say smirking

"No I don't," she scoffs

"Oh please. You're like a cat in heat," I say

"Shut up," she mutters before throwing back another shot

Rachel walks back to us, and she starts talking to Quinn. I stop drinking after a while because I only want to have a slight buzz. I don't want to be drunk so that I can get Quinn back home in one piece

After a while, a girl comes up to me. She smirks and gets real close, trying to get my attention. She looks like someone, someone I've been trying hard to forget.

"I'm Emily," she says in a seductive tone

"I'm Brittany," I say

"Want to dance?" she asks
