Monday arrives and the day goes by normally.

I've already attended my first few classes, and now I'm currently sitting in history next to Haechan.

"And don't forget, your projects are due tomorrow, class dismissed." The teacher ends.

Both me and Haechan's calm expressions change into fear.

Haechan quickly springs up from the slouching position he was in. "Due tomorrow!"

"We haven't even got pass writing our names!" I panic. I can't believe we've completely forgot about the project.

Haechan and I both quickly pack our things, brainstorming ways to complete a two week project in just a couple of hours.

Time goes by, and everyone in our friend group has met in the cafeteria. Seating and eating together as we do everyday.

"A sleepover!" Haechan gasp out of no where.

"Huh?" Yunhee ask.

"Mi-sun, we should have a sleepover! I mean that's the only way we could finish our project."

Jaemin gives a questioning glance to both me and Haechan, but he then sighs in relief. He mumbles to himself, "There is no way she say yes to a-"

"Sure, that works." I shrug.

"What!?" Jeno and Jaemin shout at the same time.

"Our project is due tomorrow and we've barely started." I say. "A sleepover would probably be the best option.

"Mi-sun, I don't think you understand. Project or not this is you, staying a house, overnight, with him." Yunhee growls, pointing and glaring at Haechan.

"Hey, maybe we could all have a sleepover!" Jaemin pipes.

"Oh, sorry, my mom says I can only have one person over at a time." Haechan lies.

Jaemin glares at him for a bit and then turns back to me.

"We haven't even had a sleepover yet... " Yunhee pouts.

"Aww, my cute little bestie." I coo, even though she's taller than me. "We can have a sleepover tommorow night." I pinch her cheeks.

"Fine, but just know I don't trust this guy." Yunhee glares at Haechan once again.

"I have a name you know!" Haechan shouts in defense.

"Yeah, it's Donghyuck." Jeno teases, flashing Haechan a smile while Haechan glares at him.

"Jeno, leave him alone." I joke. "And Yunhee, I'll be fine, I promise. It's better than going home anyways... "

Renjun and Yunhee flash me sympathetic looks, them being the only ones I've told about my predicament at home. My parents are still together, but they fight all the time and it makes things difficult for all of us. For me personally, I've lost my escape.

The place I go to escape big and small real world problems has gained a problem of it's own. A broken family still trying to hold together.

I used to go home and watch dramas or read fanfics, imagining I was in this perfect world, but my home has been slapped with reality and I can't escape it much anymore.

I love my parents and I love my house, I just want to be no where near them most of the time.

I want a new escape.

I chuckle thinking about how I could've gone to my old best friend, Donghyuck's house in this situation. Too bad he's gone as well.

"After school, I'll walk home and grab some things we can use for the project, you can pick me up same place you did last time." I say, smiling to Hyuc- Haechan.
