Death..it felt weird..well kinda but for me it was like..someone had stopped reality being brought back hurt like hell I'll tell you that..but at least im back now

Bruce goes over the footage of the Joker's recent escape from the asylum as he digs through it

Alfred:Master Bruce

Bruce:I'm busy Alfred

Alfred:I am aware of that sir but please you need to rest

Bruce:No I don't im fine

Ever since Nate's death, Bruce hasn't been the same he's been more cold..more emotionless Nate was the best among the family the light to their darkness..but the light was gone from their lives and from Bruce's life

Alfred:This isn't what he would want

Bruce:Don't say his name..don't..

Bruce turns his head as he looks at Nate's old Robin costume in a display case the pain of that memory fills the Dark Knight's mind

He slams his fist against the Batcomputer not out of rage but pure despair

-Barbara Apartment-

She lays in bed her eyes red and puffy..as she is holding an old picture frame of her and Nate smiling..happy..lovingly it was their second date..Nate had taken her out on a picnic they laughed they smiled..it was the best moment in their entire lives and nothing could ever change

-Flashback-

Barbara:Nate! Stop im ticklish haha

"Well sucks to be you right now come here"

Barbara:Nonoooo

Nate grabs her and starts to tickle her as she lets out a heartfelt laughter

Barbara:Oh my god Nate stoooop! haha

"Alright alright only because you asked so nicely"

Nate let's her go as she catches her breath she smiles at him as she lays her head on his shoulder

"You gotta admit this was a good date right?"

Barbara:It really was..one of the best actually thank you Nate

"Im just glad you enjoyed Babs speaking of which I have something for you"

Barbara:Nate..

"Come on I promsie it's not nothing scary"

Barbara:If it scares me im punching you in the face

"Heh good luck with that now come now close your eyes"

Barbara closes her as Nate takes out something from the picnic basket

"Open your hand"

She opens her hand as Nate puts something in it

"Okay now open them"

Barbara:Nate..it's beautiful..

In her hand a beautiful necklace with a small amethyst stone in the middle and small emeralds on both sides a yellow bat symbol holding it up

"I know we've only been dating for a 2 months but I wanted to give you something nice"

Barbara:I-I cant accept this..it must have cost you a lot of money babe
