A golden ankh appeared once again as Nate came out of the mystical portal as he stumbled and rolled on the ground as he groaned in pain, it was mere seconds ago that he was fighting his best friend and somehow he ended here..wherever here was anyway
He gets up and dusts himself off as he straightens up his leather jacket and looks around, he could feel a connection to something inside of this place..maybe it was magic; you know considering he was the host of a spirit of vengeance
His attention is sought elsewhere as another golden ankh forms in front of him as a man dawning a golden helmet floats down as his feet touch down, Nate knew who this was..Kent Nelson or more famously known as DR FATE

"Hey uhh what's up doc?"
He reaches into his pouch and casually pulls out a small carrot as he bites into it as Dr Fate tilts his head a bit confused about this
"What? I like carrots..that and it went well with my joke"
Nate could hear Zarathos sighing in disappointment as Dr Fate spoke
Dr Fate:Nathaniel Wayne..I see you have recently gained untold power from an old spirit, a spirit thatnow residues inyourbody
"As weird as that sounds..it has some benefits to being like this..but something tells you didn't just pull me away from a fight to tell me this"
Dr Fate nods as he gestures for Nate to walk with him as he begins to explain himself
Dr Fate:You are correct..when you first cameback to the landof the living, I felt a strong mystical energy..it was dormant for a while until you accepted it's power..
Nate remembers when he finally embraced Zarathos as one..when he killed Deathstroke by judging his soul; it was a technique called the 'Penance Stare' where all he had to do is stare down practically anyone and burn their soul for all of the innocent blood he or she spilled through their lives
"And you think that power will somehow corrupt me into something much more dangerous?"
Dr Fate:Quite the contrary..I believe it will only empower you even further and benefit you on your journey; this path of vengeance you havefoundyourself in will bring challenges butI believe that you can overcome them..
