As soon as dad comes home from work, i run down the stairs taking them two at a time, cover the page with my hand, so he can't read it, but allow a gap so his name shows.

"Dad, what does this say?"

He looks to me, a question staring to form on his lips, but i just shove it in front of him.

"Uh, is this another one of your spelling questions, because you know i can't spell...

"dad! I say, just say the name" I say frustrated.\

"Okay okay! It says..."

I hear nothing.

"Say it again," I tell him.

I hear nothing.

I turn away grab my diary, hastily mumbled a thankyou to dad, and sprinted back up the stairs.

I sure was sprinting lots.
