This tv show has everything. Suspense and grossed out moments. Let's not forget Magic. With a hint of horror.

Now on with the review.....

Enter Atticus ( Jonathan Majors ) aka Tic fresh off his war tour. Set in the 1950's where it was severely segregated. He got on a bus ( said bus broke down, him another black women had to walk thr rest of the way. In which is inhumane. But that's how it was back then. ) from Florida to Chicago to visit his uncle, his family. But there was one person missing. And that was his father.

So him, his uncle plus childhood friend named Lettie ( Jurnee Smollett ) set off to look for him. With clues they were on their way.

But things aren't always easy as it seems. Especially considering the times they were living in.

If I could give this series above 10 stars. I would. It touches on the black experience we still face today. Different era but same problems. I say. But check it out. I totally recommend it.
