Star Dust (Phantom Troupe x Oc)

chapter 1- the meteor has fallen

the phantom troupe, a group of criminals. horrible people who would kill for the fun of it, people who stole anything they thought looked 'nice' or mostly because they liked them. but that's not what Hoshi thinks, they took her in and raised her. she will do whatever is necessary to protect them, even if it means her life.

Chrollo's POV:
we just finished killing off the kurta clan, most of the troupe were getting the eyes while I was sitting on a rock reading my book.

"Danchō! look up at the sky!" yelled Nobunaga. we all looked up and saw a meteor falling to the ground near us. when it fell the whole ground shook. 

"what....was... that.." Feitan asked in his broken language.

"I think I'd be best to check it out, what do you think Danchō?" Pakunoda asked me, I thought for a bit.

"yes, It would be best if we go see what happened" I responded closing my book and getting up. we all started heading for where the meteor hit. as we arrived there was rubble everywhere, in the middle there as a huge rock. I walked up to it and laid my palm on it, then it suddenly started glowing. soon the rock disbanded and their was a coffin with seals all around it. then a voice suddenly spoke.

'the person to open this coffin will be deemed worthy to weald this weapon.'

"should we open it?" Machi asked.

"I can do it" Uvogin said as he walked up to it. he used his enhancement to try and break the coffin, but even his punch wasn't enough. "what the hell?". after that everyone tried something.

"its pointless, It wont open" Franklin sighed, he was right it wouldn't open for any of them. 

"try....together..." Feitan said. the others agreed, and all went to attack it. when they did the coffin began to glow, the same glow as when the rock opened. Uvogin went to open the lid, I thought there was going to be a weapon but instead there was a young girl. she had white hair that was tied into pigtails, she was wearing a blue and gold off-shoulder dress that reached a little above her knees. she was surrounded in these odd star things and a bunch of roses.

"the hell?" Uvogin questioned. "I thought it was going to be a weapon?" he was understandably confused. 

"the voice said 'weapon', dose that mean this girl is the weapon?" Machi asked. 

"take her to the base, we'll wait until she wakes up" I said, we all walked back to the base. when we got back I told the Franklin and Machi to take her to a room and watch her until she wakes up. 

??? POV:
I woke up in a strange place, I was no longer in my coffin 'huh? where am I?' I thought, I slowly sat up. I looked around and saw two people in this place with me. one had pink hair and the other was a really big guy with stiches all over him. 

"oh? she's awake? I'll go tell Danchō" the pink haired one said. the big guy nodded and looked over to me. he was quiet but seemed nice, I smiled at him and he smiled back! then the pink haired girl and a man with black hair and a crest on his head.

"HI!" I waved at him, the new man nodded.

"I am Chrollo" he introduced himself "what is your name?"

"the name I was given was 'Hoshi Kumo' its nice to meet you!" I said, he nodded.

"hmm... your name means 'star spider'... how fitting" he mumbled the last part "what were you doing inside that coffin?"

"oh! that, well where I come from there is a prophecy. if you'd like I can recite it" I offered, since these humans unlocked the coffin that means they were the chosen ones. the man named Chrollo nodded. my gold eyes shined as I recited the prophecy. 

'once every thousand years one of the Star clan will be chosen to go to earth and serve the chosen one in anything they require, no matter the request the star must do whatever it is. if the star is to disobey they shall be severely punished' 

I breathed, regaining my control over my body. my eyes stopped glowing. "so basically I was the star chosen. I was put in the coffin to serve the chosen one!" I said happily. Chrollo thought for a second then nodded.

"so that makes us 'the chosen ones'" I nodded "and what exactly is a 'star'?" he asked

"well we are the stars in the sky! the sun is our leader, and she was the one who put me in the coffin." I clarified, Chrollo nodded again 'shesh he must really like nodding' I thought.

"alright makes sense" he thought for a bit "alright, how would you like to join the spiders?" 

"spiders?" I asked.

"we are" the pink haired one said. 

"Ok!" I said, the three smiled. "I shall do my best to serve you chosen ones!" I said with a closed-eyed smiled.

"um, just call us our names. mine is Machi, and this is Franklin. the pink haired one said, 'so their names are Machi and Franklin? that's cool!'

"ok, Machi, Franklin, and master Chrollo!" I said. I don't know why but it felt right to call him master Chrollo. "is it ok that I call you master Chrollo?" I asked. he smiled

"sure" he responded

"YAY!" I cheered with my arms in the air, the three of them were smiling 'I like making people happy'

"do you want to meet the others" Machi asked

"yes please!" I hooped out of the bed and followed the three out of the room 'time to make more friends!'

with the star council:
the 5 important stars sat at the table discussing the chosen star was finally released. the sun was feeling happy for her young child, yes Hoshi was the blood daughter of the sun. the sun was also known as the queen of the stars.

"ah it seems that the chosen ones have finally found Hoshi- I mean the weapon" the sun spoke, the other 4 stars nodded.

"good now she can fulfil the duty she was born for" Polaris said, he was better known as 'the north star'.

"yes, we must watch over them to see how this plays out. but even if she is the beloved princess, if she disobeys the chosen one in any way we must punish her" Sirius said, he was know as 'the dog star'

"mhm, even though I doubt she would ever disobey the chosen one" laughed Betelgeuse.

"haha, your right about that. when she was younger all she did was talk about meeting the chosen one!" Rigel exclaimed, he was better known as Beta Orionis. the others agreed, all but one Vega. Vega had doubts about Hoshi. not because he hated her, no, he was just worried. if Hoshi were to disobey, even once she could be punished, and not any punishment. others who disobeyed ether died or wished they did. Vega would have to do something to help her, even if its against the wishes of the star council.
