Description: His emitter quirk works in being able to teleport elements only from space. Which can range from making miniature stars, making vacuum in a small area(Gravity, oxygen, temp). Most of these 'portals' are created from the palm of his hand.
Some examples/moves: Solar Flare- Opens a glimpse to blind opponents briefly or even longer if he holds it by making a portal that is in range of a sun's brightness.
Frost and fire- Can make portals in dead of space to freeze up things and portals near suns to release fire.
Stargazer- One of the more bigger moves which opens up a big portal above and allows meteors to go through and hit a directed spot. Depending on how long he holds it, it can take a toll on him.

Drawbacks: Mostly it can be hard to control and is he tries to exert his quirk too much it can cause his stamina or even life be sucked into space. His hands can also get sore or strained, other drawbacks can occur when working with different elements also.

Backstory: Born in a NASA station, it was runned by underground villains to create different quirks as weapons of war against heroes. PEACE found this out and destroyed the whole station in space. Altair was just a baby when it happened, his father with a teleportation quirk saved him before everyone on the station was killed, villains and children included. Was covered up to only look like there was only villains and nomus. Altair was then raised in AOV (Academy of Villains).

Personality; Rachael is not very human and will be cold and rude to anyone, even to villains. She follows orders half of the time. Can get cocky very quickly and takes time with victims. Will be flirty at times and ignorant. She will back down to someone stronger, will talk trash behind people's backs and will risk others before herself.

Description; Touching technology allows her to shape shift them to her own will.
Drawbacks: The more bigger she gets and more technology she takes over, the more energy she needs to keep running. If not enough energy shell fall asleep. EMPS.
