Well its pretty self explanatory, after Deku had to retire from the Symbol of Peace he handed the power to someone who he thought would stand for Peace and Justice. So...that changed.
The world is under the rule of heroes that have changed all meaning of the word 'hero'. At first it was 'accidents', then real true heroes started to 'disappear' or 'retire'. More and more evil started to rise and mask themselves to the public as justice. Hell, they've murdered more people than villains for the 'greater good'.
Any criminal is brutally killed by these heroes, any one even in their way is dealt with harshly. They've made themselves gods among us.
But...
We wont understand, were the last of the villains. The last that can stop this before its too late.
Were going to kill every single one of them and bring Peace back.
