CHAPTER - 28

When I woke up I saw that Emilio has already got up and left.

I too started getting ready for today.

When I reached downstairs I found out that none of my brother was there.

After some time I received a call from Ace.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hello babygirl. We are not there as there is some business emergency. All your other brothers were also needed here. So you will be going with our driver, James, today."

"Oh. Okay. " I said to him

"Okay. Bye sorella. Take care."

"Yeah. You too." With that I hung up the call.

There was a car waiting for me outside.

I knocked on the window and asked, "James?"

He nodded and said, "Yes Miss."

I frowned when he said 'Miss'.

I entered the car and said to him, "Call me Isabella or isa "

He looked at me shocked at then nodded reluctantly.

Soon we reach the school. I left for the classroom.

I ran into a guy when I was going to my third class.

"Oh sorry" I said to him.

"No. No. It's okay." He said with a smile.

"I'm Justin. YOu?" He asked.

"I'm Isabella." I replied to him with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you, bella. " He said at the same time when the bell for third lecture rang.

"We'll meet soon bella." He said and brought his hand forward for a handshake.

I shook his hand and smiled.

Then I left for my third lecture.

Everything went smoothly till lunch.

I sat on my usual table with Alex and Taylor.

We were talking and laughing at some joke which Taylor made.

When 3 girls came towards us.

They were wearing very short dress like really short.

You could get confuse like whether they are wearing any shorts or underwear.

They were looking at me.

So I asked, "Yes?"

"Come with us." The one in the middle demanded not asked.

I stood up to follow her naively but Alex hold me and said, "Don't."

"Why?" I asked her confused at her sudden nervousness.

"Oh please. Just follow me." The girl said while rolling her eyes.

I told Alex, "Everything is gonna be alright." with an assuring smile.

She still looked hesitant but said nothing afterwards.

The girl just shook her head at us with disgust.

Then she grabbed my arms and lead me towards an empty room.

"So bitch. Straight to the point. Stay away from the Valentino brothers." She said angrily.

My eyes-widened.

"Why should I?" I asked her still in disbelief at her nonsense.

They are my brothers.

Why should I have to stay away from them.

"Cause they don't want you with them." She said with a smug look. 

Like she has won the argument by saying that.

I scoffed at her.

I'm not a fool.

I know they love me.

Even if they don't show it sometimes.

"Don't make fun of yourself." I said to her which seems to anger her more.

as she said, "You whore." Then she pushed me to the wall.

I hit my head on one of the corner of the furniture that was there and groaned in pain.

"Just stay away. Otherwise it's gonna be worst."

I was feeling dizzy from the injury on my head.

Otherwise I could have give her a piece of mind.

Even though I don't like fighting. But I know how to defend myself in such situation.

THen she kicked me on my stomack and slapped me.

I was still feeling like the whole room was moving.

Then I fainted.

After some time when I woke up I looked at my watch and it showed that I have just missed my whole recess and 10 minutes of my 5th lecture, which is just after recess.

I stood up and started moving towards a bathroom to clean the blood and injury as much as I can.

I quickly cleaned all my blood but I couldn't do anything about the injury as I couldn't see it myself.

I went up to the nurses' and she took a quick look at my injury and said, "It's deep but not that deep that it will need stitches."

I sighed in relief and said, "Thank you." after she put a gauze around my head.

She adviced me to rest here only for some time or take a leave.

I decided to stay as none of my brother is gonna be home and I don't want to disturb them and ask'Can I leave school early casue I injured my head.'

I lied down on the bed and fell asleep as I was still feeling somewhat dizzy.

The nurse woke me up when the final bell indicating the school is over rang.

I made may way outside and found James.

He looked at me wide-eyed and asked, "MI-Isabella. What happened? You wanna go to the hosp-"

I quickly cut his rambling off with a smile and said ,"No. I'm fine. Just a little injury."

He looked hesitant but nonetheless complied.

We soon reached home and I decided to stay in my room and sleep.
