Chapter 51: Tell Me

      Just as he counted the seconds to himself, his senses caught onto the guard far beyond his closed doors and suddenly, he caught onto Jimin's fragrance. The sweet scent of honey drizzled before him and formed into the figure of his omega. Jungkook painted out Jimin's presence even before he could arrive at the throne room, he could already imagine him stepping in at any moment now.

       Instantly, Yoongi stepped in and pushed the door ajar to allow Jimin in after. Yoongi was silent as he stepped in and allowed the omega to walk forward. The guard and the king exchanged no words before he left the two alone to fix the many wounds they left open. Instantly, Junkook sat up on his throne and leaned forward to see his omega. Could it be now? Could it be that Jimin managed to clear his mind so abruptly in order to face him so suddenly? The king was speechless as his eyes locked onto Jimin walking forward. The swan was gentle with his elegant gaze fixing onto the ground before he stopped walking and slowly looked up to his alpha. Jimin was just a few feet away from the king when he nervously hugged himself.

       As silence followed, Jimin finally ripped the knot over his lips and opened them to speak. "Good morning, Jungkook..." Jimin spoke and slowly looked up to his alpha.

      "Good morning, Jimin..." Jungkook answered and couldn't help but to smile and gaze upon his omega with such a stare that made it seem as if he found all the answers to life right before him. "I'm so happy to see you... how have you been?"

       "I've been..." Jimin answered and finally froze. The many things he feared were now blaring sirens in his mind. He couldn't focus as he looked down at the center of his stomach and back at his alpha. "I've been...."

       "Are you alright?"

       "He looks so much better. Has the break really mended his wounds so easily? Was I the one that kept it open?" Jimin thought as he let out an exhale. His stubborn mind began to get to him and cause him to panic on the spot. Just before he was able to get rid of them, but now it returned the moment he looked at his true love.

       "Jimin... have you not helped yourself after all this time? Have you not eased your mind after so much?" Jungkook questioned and watched the omega break down before him. He dropped onto his knees and began to cry helplessly and this left Jungkook to worry. "Jimin..." instantly, Jungkook approached the omega and finally brought him into his arms. He wasn't allowed to hug Jimin yesterday when he cried before him, but now that they were alone, Jungkook was able to embrace him.

        "Jungkook... I'm so sorry!" Jimin cried into his alpha's arms while they sat over the ground together. "I can't control myself... I-I was ready to see you, I wanted to see you and confront you but the moment I looked at you, I couldn't help but to feel guilty! I WAS THE ONE KILLING YOU WEREN'T I?!"

         "Jimin, no.. please don't say that to me. You're wrong." Jungkook whispered to the omega's ear as he held him gently. "You weren't the one killing me, I did it all myself. Jimin, you shouldn't think you caused such a thing. We all bring ourselves to our own demise, you didn't push me to the state that I was before-"

         "I did... I was obsessed with power and I made you wait... I made you wait until it almost killed you when you were shot! If I married you sooner you wouldn't have to wear those bandages, I wouldn't have lost you at all!"

        "You didn't lose me, Jimin... I'm right here... I'll always be here. Jimin, the best thing you did for me was walk away when my issues were eating me alive. It helped me realize my issues and fix them. I've never been better, my desperation died the day you left and I was able to breathe again! Jimin, you saved me... but I won't cover up the fact that we both were hurting our relationship before we took a while off of each other," Jungkook whispered and ran his hand up Jimin's short hair to comb it out gently. "Have you... mended your wounds yet?"

        "No... not completely. I've only helped realize confrontation, but I... I need you to help me with the rest. I need you, Jungkook... I've always needed you," Jimin whispered and closed his eyes as he buried his face into the alpha's chest to inhale the strong scent he longed to inhale. "I just need you, your support, your words, your smile, and your heart... I need you because I love you, Jeon Jungkook."

       Those words alone left the king's heart to pound as he opened his eyes and looked at Jimin alone. "You love me... you finally said it, have you found the definition of it after so long? Because I did too and it led me to you. Jimin, I love you. I love you so much, I've always have and I feel bad that I didn't realize it until you left me."

       "I didn't realize it until I needed you. But it's always been here, Jungkook. I was so blind," Jimin cried and latched his hands onto the alpha's silk robe. In his arms he was safe, he was loved and he was cared for. This was the help he needed to make his stubborn thoughts go away so suddenly. Jimin needed Jungkook to guide him to clarity and make his habits go away. Jungkook gave him reassurance, happiness, love, it was enough to make his fears run far away. "Jungkook... Jungkook, I love you..."

        "I love you too, Jimin. I'm here for you, I'll always be here for you. It's okay if you can't fix your issues on your own, I will always be here to help you whenever you need me to."

       The words Jungkook spoke was enough to make Jimin cry into his lover's arms even more. He was highly sensitive due to his pregnancy symptoms, but even without his pregnancy, he would still tear up to the lovely words his first love told him. The reassurance he was given was all he needed. It made Jimin smile through his tears as Jungkook dried them all and hugged him closely.

       "Tell me everything... every little thing you need help with and I will listen."

        After Jungkook spoke, Jimin began to prepare himself to tell Jungkook the news he was told the day before. Even Jimin himself was nervous to say it since he had yet to adjust to the truth. Just as they shared a moment in sweet silence, Jimin finally searched for his thoughts and collected them to tell Jungkook for once and for all.

      "Jungkook... I do have something e-else... else I have to t-tell you..." Jimin spoke against his lover's chest. Making the alpha smile as he rolled Jimin's hair back carefully. Causing his hair to become a mess, but Jimin couldn't care less about that now.

       "Don't hold back, I want to hear everything."

       Instantly Jimin felt his heart beat loudly against his own chest. He kept fear weighing his shoulders down every time he had to confess to Jungkook because his stubborn habit dared him to hold it in long enough to harm him more. But Jimin couldn't hold back anymore. This was the final test and as he opened his mouth to speak, he felt his stubbornness fading away completely.

       "Jungkook..." Jimin whispered and locked eyes with his alpha once again to let it all out. "Jungkook, I... I'm pregnant..."
