So It Begins

The knocking grew louder and louder and with each knock an unerving feeling travelled down Barry's back. The knocks got more violent until everything went silent and by everything i mean everything. Reece stomped her foot on the ground and heard nothing.

"Crap." Floyd said even though no one could hear him. A black woman wearing a white suit came from behind them and tackled Eva to the floor. Ella rolled over the woman's back and linked their arms together and threw her over the couch. Another woman wearing black glasses came through and started to shoot darts at them. Barry flipped over the table and ushered everyone behind it. Everything was still silent until Ella threw a knife at the woman and destroyed her belt which returned eveything back to normal.

"That was getting annoying." Eva huffed. The noise returned just in time as Barry and Floyd her loud footsteps approaching them from behind. Barry couldn't react in time and a towering man charged into Barry with his shield and knocked Barry threw a window.

"Barry!!!" Kara cried worriedly trying to run after him but the man got in her way.

"Where do you think you're going?" He asked

"Outta my way." Kara said with anger in her tone as she kneed him in the stomach and elbowed him in the head. She ran outside and saw Barry on the floor holding his stomach, "Are you okay?" She asked running over to him

"I'm fine, Kara, get Alex, Eliza and Jeremiah and get outta here, i need to know you four are safe." Barry said hazily

"But Barry, i can help." Kara argued

"Please, i need to someone i can trust to protect the people that are closest to us." Barry said as she reluctantly nodded and helped Barry to his feet.

"Don't die, i love you." Kara said kissing his cheek and running back inside as the man walked back outside holding his shield. Barry charged forward as the other man did the same, before Barry could be hit by the shield again he jumped to the left and kicked his back leg in but Barry felt a sharp pain in his neck and pulled out a dart from his neck. Barry fell to his knees and felt dizzy. The man stood up and began charging at Barry again. He knew this was going to hurt a lot and braced himself, but in the corner of his eye he saw Kara drawing back an arrow and shooting it into the man's knee.

"Thanks." Barry said rubbing his eyes open, "Wait what, i thought you were with Alex?" He asked

"I was, but Adrian and Reece said for me to help you." Kara smiled. Another dart flew towards Kara but Barry caught in before it hit her, "She's getting on my nerves." Kara huffed drawing back another arrow as the woman smiled ans shot more darts. Barry picked up and bin lid and used it as a shield.

"Go Kara!!" Barry yelled as she nodded and shot an arrow at the woman but she dodged

"Retreat!!" The woman yelled as the man with the shield and the other woman threw flashbangs down and disappeared into the night. Barry sighed and laid onto the grass

"Floyd were those the Longbow Hunters?" Ella asked as he nodded

"They work in a group of three and are assassins, and good ones. They're feared, but they are very expensive. No one knows their real names only their aliases. The guy with the shield is known as Bear, the woman with the darts and the glasses is Red and the woman in the white that can make everything go silent is name is Silencer." Floyd finished

"Wish we knew that before." Eva sighed rubbing her temples

"I tagged Bear when he charged at me." Barry grunted holding hip, "Adrian i want you to track them and once they stop moving give us the location and we'll take them out or make them lead us to Shadowspire." He said

"Are you sure?, You seem pretty hurt" Adrian said concerned

"I'm fine, we need to get these guys before the disappear." Barry said as Adrian nodded

"How are you guys?" Eliza asked

"We're okay." Kara smiled

"Kara, what happened to you during your time away?" Alex asked her little sister as Kara's smile dropped

"I-i'm sorry i didn't tell you, i just didn't want you guys to look at me differently." Kara said sadly

"Kara, we're always going to see you as Kara and nothing else, but maybe one day we'll see you as Barry's wife." Alex chuckled hugging her sister

"You don't need to tell us, as long as we know you are okay and that you have people who you can talk to." Jeremiah said as he and Eliza joined the hug

"We should go back home to track the Longbow Hunters." Barry suggested. He tried to walk but held his ribs in pain.

"Barry, as a doctor and your friend i suggest you take a few days off and take it easy." Reece said rubbing his shoulder

"I'm fine Reece." Barry argued

"Look, you're no good to anyone if you're dead, take the week off." Floyd said poking Barry's ribs causing him to wince slightly.

"Fine." Barry sighed

"I'll stay with him just in case." Kara said as everyone nodded

"Thanks Kara." Reece smiled, "Just make sure he doesn't do anything stupid and he drinks a lot of water, i reckon he's got a couple bruises, but nothing to serious." She said

"You may have weird friends Barry, but they care about you." Eliza said to herself while smiling at her son
