Most think the title is "Disillusioned" because of an inaccurate english sub video, but... like, it doesn't mean that. at all.

I seriously don't know where that came from.

Title's written in Hiragana so it's hard to tell exactly what might mean but given the context of MARETU's music "Wanting to Give Birth" is probably close.
