"LENNON?" FINN ASKED his hands clenched in a nervous manner. He'd been wanting to bring this up for a while, not for any particular reason other than he wanted the girl to know. Finn didn't know much about Lennon, she rarely ever spoke to him about herself and her experiences but what he did know was that she was a genuinely lovely soul. Even if she hid it most of the time.

The brunette girl glanced in his direction as her indication to let him know she was listening. It was currently lunch time on the residential's fourth day and all was going smoothly thus far. Lennon couldn't help but feel a slight tingle of worry encapsulate her; why had he said her name in such a manner?

His body had now swivelled around to sit next to her, his mind bubbling with nerves. Most people knew it about him, he had no problem with it nor did he ever intentionally hide it. He just wasn't sure on what her reaction would be like, everyone had different opinions.

Taking a little breath in he looked directly at her, her sapphire eyes looking back, questioning everything he was doing. His behaviour seemed more odd than it usually did. "I just wanted to tell you that I'm bisexual," He came out with it eventually, he saw no point in beating around the bush anymore than he already had. He'd rather she knew so then she was fully aware if anything ever did spark between them.

Lennon smiled, a bright smile, not a condescending one but one that seemed warm and genuine. "Okay," She nodded, her hands clasped together as she still smiled. Finn must admit, it was nice to see her with a smile on her face. "Thank you for telling me," She added with another nod, a small laugh escaping her lips.

The little chuckle had made the man raise his eyebrows in confusion. Why was she laughing?

"What's funny?" He asked, worried that he'd told her too much. Worried that she didn't care or that she did and that'd affect their friendship. His hand wrapped around his neck, scratching it awkwardly as he diverted his attention to the table in front of them.

Lennon smiled again and shook her head, she appreciated that Finn trusted her enough to tell he outright but she didn't think it was necessary. His sexuality didn't effect anything, it wouldn't change her opinion and sure, he didn't know that but he didn't have to tell her. He was still a person no matter what.

The longer the girl stayed silent the more anxious and itchy Finn grew. Maybe telling her wasn't such a good idea. . .

"It's just. . ." She started, facing him more, her head tilted slightly as she looked him in the eyes. The way she had started that made him feel more unease than he already was. "You made it seem so much more dramatic than it was, I thought you were gonna say something like you'd accidentally spilt all of the blue paint. I appreciate you telling me, you didn't have to though; it's none of my business," She added, her words flowing freely. No one would ever know she'd just moved to England from France, her English was completely unscathed, she was a natural.
