"I'm going to--"

"Wait!" (Y/N) exclaimed before letting Snotlout finished.

He looked up at her with unamused and upset eyes.

"Want to go flying?" She asked as she cracks a smile.

Snotlout furrowed his eyebrows "Flying? I...guess, but don't you hate your abomination form?"

(Y/N) did a side nod "Yeah, but flying helps me release stress and helps me clear my mind."

Snotlout thought about it. When Hookfang was around he would go on flights once in a while and it does really help.

He has his wing suite armor so, why not?

He shrugged "Sure."

(Y/N) stood up and clapped her clawed padded hands together "Great! Get your suite on and let's go!"

(Y/N) and Snotlout went to the highest point of the island, with (Y/N)'s help of course.

"Wow, you can see for miles from up here." (Y/N) softly growled out as she looked at the vast ocean as the moon shined down brightly onto the water.

(Y/N) took a deep breath of the cool fresh air.

"Alright! Let's gooo!" She starts to run towards the edge and jumped and then spread her wings out.

"Hey! Wait for me!" Snotlout yelled out and he took a running start. He jumped off the cliff and spread his arms out.

Snotlout flew in the air, but slightly wobbled as he tried to balance himself. He succeeds and starts flying beside (Y/N).

"Come and catch me!" (Y/N) teased Snotlout and stuck her forked tongue out.

She flew a bit faster and, of course, Snotlout had to take the challenge.

He flew faster, slowly catching up with (Y/N), as they were flying, they flew into a clump of clouds.

This was the perfect chance to do some fun tricks.

As Snotlout was getting closer and closer, (Y/N) opened her wings and did a hard flap, pushing herself up. She flipped over Snotlout and flew into the clouds below.

Snotlout looked around and below him, trying to find (Y/N), but she disappeared.

Eventaully, the clouds started to thin out and disappear. Snotlout flew out of the clouds and still couldn't find her.

"Uh...(Y/N)?" He called out.

Suddenly, he feels a tap on his shoulder, he looked over and for a split second, he saw a clawed hand and looked up.

(Y/N) was gliding over him the whole time, she let out a low gurgle like giggle and did a little finger wave at him. (Y/N) started to speed up and flew ahead of him.

Snotlout ended up catching up to (Y/N) and was flying right beside her. (Y/N) looked over at him and couldn't help but smile.

Suddenly, there was a strong gust of wind and it made Snotlout lose a bit control. He started to lean towards (Y/N) a bit too fast and he crashed into her.

Luckily, (Y/N) was still able to control her flight a bit, but still crashed on to a nearby cliff, while Snotlout held on to her, eventually he let go.

(Y/N) closed her eyes before the impact. She landed on her back and Snotlout landed on his stomach right beside her.

She opened her eyes and sat up and looked around her in a daze. She looked over at Snotlout, she was worried he got hurt, but when she noticed he was fine she couldn't help but let out laugh.

"That was fun!" (Y/N) cheered as she laid down on her back as she watched Snotlout.

"Ugh, could have struck a better landing though." Snotlout groaned as he laid on his back.

(Y/N) let out a giggle. She looked at the sky "Wow, look at the sky." She whispered.

"Yeah." Snotlout replied quietly.

There were millions and billions of stars scattered across the sky with a grey and black mixed background.

(Y/N) looked over at Snotlout as he admired the sky. Her pupils dilated as she just stared at his face.

Snotlout realized that she was staring and looked at her "What?" He asks curiously.

She blinked and looked back at the sky. "Nothing..." lucky for her, abominations don't blush.

"Snotlout?" (Y/N) called out

"Yeah?" He replies back.

She looks back at Snotlout. "Be brave for me." Her voice was husky and low.

Snotlout furrowed his eyebrows in confusion "Why?"

"Because..." she trailed off as she glanced away from him. She let out a heavy sigh and looked back at Snotlout "Because I'm scared."

Snotlout looked at her with sad eyes and gave her a smile "Lucky for you, I'm the bravest Viking that you will probably ever meet."

(Y/N) let out a chuckle and looked at the sky. "That's good."

There was some silence, just listening to the ocean waves crashing below as the wind blew through the trees and the little bugs singing their songs.

(Y/N) wanted to tell Snotlout something important. So, she took a deep breath and let out an audible sigh. "Snotlout...I--..."

But she stops.

"Hm?" He asks as he looks over at (Y/N), while she was still staring at the sky.

She let out a sigh "You're my very best friend, Snotlout." She said with a smile

There was some silence and (Y/N) looked over at Snotlout with a little bit of worry, worried that he thought that she was some sort of weirdo. Instead, he had a smirk on his face.

"And you're mine too, (Y/N)." Snotlout said while smiling.

She smiled back at him "And we'll always be friends forever....Won't we?" She asked as she stares back at the sky.

Snotlout also looked back at the sky as he still kept a smile on his face.

"Yeah...forever."
