You and Molly talked in the other room as the other two chat away about a case they were investigating.
Yous were just talking about her pregnancy then asked how she was coping with everything.
You later decided to bring up that you'd had a crush on Sherlock. Yous had known one another for a while. You never thought to ask him if the feelings were mutual.
Molly was shocked to say the least. You told her not to say anything, afraid it would ruin the friendship you and Sherlock made.
The two of you had no clue he was standing in the next room besides you's.
He heard ever word you said.
When you walked out with Molly close behind. You immediately locked eyes Sherlock. He gave you a knowing look and walked off without a word.
