Yes Nari and Jisung dated for about a year and a half, to be honest dating was such a risk for these two.
Wannaone started their career before Nari did and a couple months later Nari had debuted.
It was dangerous for them to be together and they both knew it but they kept their relationship very secretive until Dispatch started suspecting that Nari was in a relationship.
Of course Dispatch exposed them in October 7th 2018 while Nari was preparing for a comeback and it almost ruined Nari's career but luckily
Source Music protected Nari and Jisung from all the hate comments especially the ones about Nari.
Since Nari and Jisung had a 6 year difference in age a lot of hate directed twords her.
It was getting to a level that Nari fell into a deep depression, of course her older brother came out to protect her and Jisung.
Little by little fans started to be more supportive of their relationship even giving them the name Chae-sung.
Fans were also wondering how they met but it's been a complete mystery neither Nari or Jisung spoke about it which made fans wonder if their relationship was even real.
Many rumors started that how Jisung and Nari met was through her sister since she was a former IOI member which was never denied or confirmed.
They were happy for a long time until YMC entertainment announced that they'd broken in early May 2019 when Jisung was about to enlist into the military, which wasn't true since Source Music didn't say anything.
Fans started to hate on YMC entertainment when a video of Nari and Jisung was leaked as she was saying goodbye to him at the gate with Nari even posting on her Instagram story
' I'll miss you, stay safe '
When YMC entertainment apologized they stated that both artist wanted to keep their relationship on the low since Jisung was going to be enlisting soon and they just wanted privacy.
Then a couple months later Source Music and YMC entertainment finally announced that Nari and Jisung broke up in early June for private reasons and that they hope fans can respect their decision.

That was at a bad timing since Jisung and Nari's relationship was be coming one of the most popular couples and former Wannaone member Kang Daniel was involved with a dating scandal with Twice's Jihyo.
That just created a whole mess which lead to Nari speaking out saying
' Me and Jisung decided that this was for the best to break up. I hope you can understand that we didn't want for others to get involved. It was a mutual break up and we understand that it came out of the blue but don't spread false rumors about why we decided to end our relationship it's effecting mine and Jisung's friendship in a bad way.'
Most fans respected their decision but that didn't stop from Nari getting death threats.
