Chapter 10 - Lewis makes a recovery

Lynelle's POV

I was driving to Yogtowers Lewis was still asleep and currently we're still not allowed to visit him it's been like that for for the past few days and I still haven't let go of his shirt but that didn't bother me and I'm still worried. I don't want my Christmas to be like this, soon enough I parked my car and went up to my office

Back in November the 29th

Lewis' POV

I soon woke up and I saw Duncan, Sjin and Hannah next to me and also a doctor and I looked around why the fuck was I in a hospital room? and why do I have a cast?

"oh my god Lewis" Sjin said

"you're awake" Duncan said sounding very surprised, but I however, was very confused

"what do you mean 'you're awake' and why am I here? and how did I break my leg?" I asked

"I'll leave you three to explain and do you want me to call-" the docter asked but Duncan cut him off

"no leave it as a surprise we have a plan" Duncan said and the docter nodded and left

"Lewis you may be very confused to what happened" Sjin started

"course I am and where's Lynelle?" I asked

"alright Lewis calm down so do you remember anything before you fell asleep?" Hannah asked

"I remember telling you guys that I needed to get my phone" I said

"good anything after that?" Duncan asked and that's when it came back to me

"oh shit, I remember another car racing towards me" I said

"there you go now after that your car flipped and during that you hit your head on the window and you probably blacked out after that but that hit cause you to have swelling and bleeding in your brain you were lucky enough to only break your leg and not your spine or neck" Duncan said

"but you did slip into a coma" Sjin finished

"a coma" I repeated and they nodded "god dammit what day is it today?" I asked

"it's the 29th of November which is actually really good because the accident happened on the 30th of October so it was barely even a coma so congratulations" Duncan said and then the docter came back in

"ok now Lewis since that you just woke up even we need to check if you can move your limbs properly well except for your leg" he said

"uh we actually have some of Lewis' clothes in my car" Sjin said

"that's good not a lot of patients are uncomfortable in these hospital clothes" the docter said as Sjin ran out

"so how long is it gonna take until I can get out of here" I asked

"well after we test some things you should be free to go you got a lot of care when you were out" he said

"why do I keep thinking of 'Where's The Modding API' in my head?" I asked

"oh my god" Duncan said as Sjin walked back in

"what?" I asked

"Lynelle played that song on loop everytime she visited" Hannah said

"alright so I'll leave you guys to help him change" the docter said and walked out

"same thing" Hannah said and just walked out

"alright Lewis get your shirt on" Sjin said and I just groaned and Duncan helped me sit up
