Lying on the floor
Surrounded by darkness all around me
As tears stream down my cheeks,
They keep falling,
Falling from eyes to the cold hard floor.
I don't like this,
I don't want to be like this,
I hate crying,
Why am I like this?
I hate that people can affect me so much.
So much so that I waste my tears on them
I shouldn't cry over this-
Not everyone can like me,
Not everyone can accept me,
Just like I can't like everyone.
It's fine
I have to move on
I have to move past this and get better
I can't stay stuck in the past
I have to accept it all
I have to keep being myself
