Epilogue

I awoke to feeling soft tender kisses on my neck, making me smile as his arms draped around my bare waist. I opened my eyes to see my husband looking right at me lovingly.

"Good morning mi reina" He says with a sweet smile.

"Good morning mi rey" I tell him as he snuggled on my as he laid his head on my chest and rest my chin on his head.

I ran my fingers through his silky black and pepper hair. He still looked so damn good for his age at 52 year old. Our love for each other is still stronger than ever. We grew older, learned new things, faced new challenges but overcame them. I'm now 48 and living well thanks to my family. Massimo is still a ladies man, everywhere I go all women and even men of all ages and teens too always gawk at him which makes me laugh at times. After all he's a pretty nice looking dilf.

I still have the scar of the bullet wound I had on my upper stomach from when I was pregnant with my third child, Katelina. My miracle child. I though she would not survive or that I would survive. That day, that traumatic day for me, Jisoo and everyone else it took a toll on us all. From what I heard while Katelina and I struggled between life and death, Massimo was a wreck. He turned to truly the monster that many others heard of and it finally happened. He snapped, after almost loosing the love of his life and unborn child at the time it broke him. He heavily gave so much protection to Val and Joonie, that they were afraid of his strange behavior. Domenico told me he has never seen Massimo like that, that even he was afraid to even be near him as he went on to slaughter the men that tried to kill me. He was worse than how he was when he fought against Anna and her men. Anna was dead, and so were many of her men. She got what she deserved for putting me and our family in danger.[a/n: might change this]

It was a hard time to recover but we pulled it through together. I never seen Massimo so distraught when we finally reunited, it was then that he realized he would never want to let me go ever again. The healing process took a while and had to take care of myself and the baby. Massimo decided to push the wedding a bit back for me to still take things in. I did have many nightmares and was very quiet for a while. I could have a high chance of loosing Katelina but thankfully didn't. I couldn't even face my other children because I was still not in the right place. But I did manage to get better over time with the help of my family. Massimo and I had out baby daughter before getting married. Katelina Torricelli. Things have gotten better and safer for our family, we still deal with the gang buisness. But mainly Massimo is the one who deals with it, but I do help sometimes from time to time, mainly office work.

Despite Massimo working a lot he still made time for our family. Tae, Massimo and I had agreed that Joonie would live in Korea with Tae and would come to Italy during the vacations. Joonie was conflicted at first but understood that he should connect more to his roots and with his father, he was 13 at the time. He struggled at first at getting used to being in Korea but soon learned the accustoms from there and eventually fit in fine. He learned to speak Korean more fluently. Tae and Jisoo eventually ended up having children of their own but the first time they tried, their baby boy was a still born baby, it was heart breaking. But later on they had one adorable baby girl named Mina, Mina Park. Jisoo isn't able to have any more children due to a health problem that she has that may result her in loosing her life or the baby.
