"You have a fever sweetie." John says. Then there was a knock on the door. John answers it. "Mycroft?!" "Yes John it is me were is my brother I need to talk to him." "You can't Mycroft he's sick." "Really my brother sick. He never gets sick now were is he John." John sighs "upstairs."
He gets up stair and sees the Sherlock is sick "My poor baby brother are you all right?" "I'm sick of course I'm not." John walks up stairs. "He has a stomach bug. He'll be fine in a week or so. He can't go running around that can make it worse." "Can I at least see him and talk to him since he was awake when in saw him." "Hold on let me see if he's awake." He walks upstairs. "No you can't he's asleep." Mycroft left the house a couple minutes later.
