"John why do you smile all the time?" Sherlock asked "Well I guess I'm happy that's what." He said giving his bright and amazing smile. "John I don't feel right." Sherlock said gripping his stomach tight. He started to have a seizure. "SOMEBODY HELP!" John yelled. Mycroft came running in and his face went pale. Doctors came running in. They waited the seizure out. "W-why aren't that doing anything to help. They should me helping." Mycroft said. "You have to wait them out most of the time." John said. Lestrade came in and hugged Mycroft and whispered soothing things to him. "Well John, Sherlock won't be waking soon so you can get the things you need and get food. We will check on him every hour and see what caused his seizure." The doctor said walking off
