The next morning:
Chester's POV:

I was in the kitchen making pancakes until I heard Mike's voice upstairs.

"Chester?!"
"Yeah?!"
"Have you seen my shirt?!"
"Which one?!"
"The blue one!"
"Light blue or dark blue?!"
"Light blue!"
"Behind the bathroom door!"
"Oh, thank you, love!"
"Your welcome!"
"Shut up! Some of us are trying to sleep!" Jason yelled from his room.
"Well you better get up!" Mike yelled.
"Abortion! Remember?!" I yelled.
"Ugh! Don't y'all have something to do?!" Jason yelled.
"Like take you and Layla to the hospital?!" I asked.
"No! Like have sex or something!" Jason yelled.
"No! Not today!" Mike yelled.
"Okay can we please stop yelling?!" I laughed.
"Yes!" Mike said walking downstairs. He saw me the wrapped his arms around my waist and placed a kiss on my cheek.

"Jason! Go shower quickly!" Mike yelled.
"I'm going!" We heard Jason say.
"Wanna watch some TV while he's showering, Noda?" I asked.
"Sure, baby" Mike smiled.
I handed Mike a plate of pancakes and grabbed my own. We sat on the couch and turned on the TV while eating. Just then, a news broadcast came on.

"We interrupt this program for breaking news! A 14 year old girl was found dead this morning at 6:30. She was found in the bushes of Arizona's forest. It is said that the girl had jumped off a cliff and died, the girl has been identified as Layla Roberts" the news reporter said.

Mike and I looked at each other with our stuffed mouths.
"Oh, shit" the both of us said.

Rob's POV:

I was at Joe's with Phi and Brad, we were talking about this next gig Daniel allowed us to play at. Today was Thursday and we were trying to get ahold of Ches and Mike to tell them that we have to meet Daniel today but they weren't picking up.

"They can't be in danger" Joe said.
"Maybe they're busy writing songs?" Dave suggested.
"Try getting Mike again, Brad" I told Brad. He sighed and dialed Mike's number.

Brad's POV:

"Hello?"
"Mike! We've been trying to get ahold of you and Ches. We have to meet Daniel today remember? What's going on? Are you guys okay?"
"Oh, we're fine Brad. It's just an incident took place with Jay and-"
"Jason? Is he okay?"
"Don't worry, he's fine, just go without us okay? We'll come by later and you guys can tell us what Daniel said about the gig tomorrow"
"Mike wai-"
"Gotta go, Brad. I'm so sorry"

Mike hung up.

"What happened?" Dave asked.
"Mike said that we should go without him and Chester"
"Why?" Rob asked.
"I don't know" I shrugged.
"Joe, try texting Chester" Phi said. Joe nodded and took out is phone.

Joe's POV:

Hey Ches
We have to meet up with Daniel today remember?

Chaz-Man✌✨:
Hey Joe, I'm so sorry dude. Mike and I are busy right now.
You guys go on without us, we'll come by later and you can tell us what Daniel said about tomorrow.
I have to go bro. I'll catch you later, I'm so sorry.

"What happened?" Brad asked.
"Chester said the same thing" I showed them the message.
"Well, I guess that means we have to go on without them" Rob said.
"Let's go" Dave said.

The 4 of us grabbed our coats and jumped in Rob's car, Rob started it and drove off to Daniel's restaurant.
