So I was wondering a while ago about this and I want to know what you guys think.

                          
Let's say someone is born on August 1st, the day after Harry is born. On the Hogwarts acceptance letters, it says to owl your response by no later than July 31st. Also, the acceptance letters are received on the person's birthday.

                          
What do you think would happen? Would the person be in Harry's year or Ginny's?
