i look around Arias room Jade sighing as we make eye contact "we seriously need to change this room up" i sigh she just nods crossing her arms, its still the baby pink me and Louis painted it three years ago, she still has the same pictures and furniture except there's a few more decorations and things, the only major change is the new bed we had to get her when she turned two and Charlies bed next to it "i mean it kinda makes decorating the babies room a little easier"Jade shrugs going over to the closet i just give her a confused look as she opens the doors pulling the draw out and revealing all of Arias stuff from when she was a baby.
"okay it does, why did we keep everything" i smile standing over Jade she just shrugs slightly laughing there's all sorts of clothes and blankets in there "and then we can move the rocking chair to the babies room, buy her a new toy box and that can be the babies one too" she tells me standing up i just nod looking around the room again "we still have her cot right?" i ask Jade nodding grabbing my hand and pulling me out of Arias room and into the one opposite. in there is Arias old cot and changing table that just got randomly placed there when we had to move them, they'd only need some paint and they'd be perfect to use again
"maybe we should go buy some paint and do this all today?" Jade suggests i nod wrapping my arms around her waist just snuggling into her, the closer it gets to June the scarier it gets because i know we've done this all before and we know what were doing but we don't know how you do it with a toddler too so it is going to be a challenge especially when Jade goes on tour but well learn and get through it. Jade grabs my hand leading me out the room and down the stairs "come on baby were going shopping" she shouts to Aria pulling on her shoes i do the same as Aria runs in sitting on the shoe box while Jade puts her shoes on, once their done she grabs her hand walking outside, she puts Aria in and then getting in herself
within a quick ten minute journey we make it to the shopping centre. "okay so firstly we need to buy some paint and then we can go get some little things" Jade tells me as i get Aria out the car putting her on my hip i then grab Jades hand as we walk in "what colour paint?" i ask her as we get to the first shop she shrugs thinking for a second and then leading me straight to the paint aisle "well Arias room is baby pink right?" she asks i just nod as she takes us to the light colours "so what about baby blue?" she asks holding up the tin trying to pull the biggest smile she can i look at Aria as she looks to me both of them nodding
"can i elp pant daddy?" Aria asks my eyes widening i look back at Jade who discreetly shakes her head "maybe not this time baby" i tell her she just pouts burying her head into my neck "no air" she pouts wrapping her arms around me i just laugh following Jade into the baby aisle she looks through all sorts of things throwing dummies, blankets and other things into the basket, she stops once we get to the teddies turning around and tapping Aria "will you pick your baby brother a teddy?" Jade asks her a huge smile growing on her little face i put her down while she looks through them all discussing them all with Jade
"baba ave bunny" she tells Jade pulling out a little white bunny and handing it to her she then turns around to me pulling out a elephant teddy "can i ave tis pwease?" she asks holding up the elephant to me "of course you can baby" i smile picking her up again as she squeals we walk around the shop getting a few more things before going to the till and paying for it all "daddy tis is Ellie" Aria exclaims as we walk out the shop holding the elephant up to me "that's a lovely name baby" i smile at her as she skips between me and Jade "an tis is bugs" she exclaims holding the bunny up to Jade melting my heart with her huge smile.
i can't wait to see what Arias like with the baby, i already know she's not going to love the fact that she'll have to share me and Jade with him and she's going to be jealous at times but i also think she's going to be really good with him too she already seems to love him a lot too, she speaks about him a lot especially the other day when she meet the twins. we soon make it home all of us going straight upstairs, Aria going straight into her room me and Jade going into the babies one "you start painting and ill sort through all the stuff we have" she says putting the bags down in the middle i groan pulling out the paintbrush and tins of paint, its got to be one of the most boring jobs and it always takes forever when your on your own
"Ni" Jade mutters as i start to paint i turn around just smiling at her "we haven't even discussed his name yet" she says slightly laughing i laugh carrying on painting while i try to think "what about Eric?" Jade suggests i just scrunch my nose up Eric horan doesn't seem great "hang on that's the prince from the little mermaid" i exclaim turning around to her seeing her laughing "i had to try" she shrugs laughing in hysterics i just shake my head turning back around to paint glancing at the tattoo on my wrist "J what about Roman?" i mutter stopping again she thinks about it for a second before nodding a huge smile on her face "i love that" she smiles standing up and coming over to me "and James for his middle name like yours" she smiles wrapping her arms around me i just smile pecking her lips "its perfect" i whisper pulling her into a hug.
