Zoey Sloan (brunette, brown eyes, curvy, d-cups, sun-kissed colored skin, definitely not tall) is a four year undergraduate student at Stanford University that starts a 6-month (February-August) internship in a bank in California, as a part of her n...
So, this is it: my first day of internship. Couldn't be more excited and more nervous at the same time. I'm very shy and scared to meet new people, let alone work with them, especially now that I don't know practically anything...
After changing a hundred times, I finally settle on an outfit and leave my apartment. When I arrive there, I take a minute to collect my thoughts and calm myself by taking 3 deep breaths. When I'm ready, I ring the bell...

After the bank's director greets me and makes me sign all the necessary forms, she introduces me to all the staff members and shows me my office.
"So, for starters, just to get you going, I need you to put the information about our recent clients in an Excel file. The Excel sheet has to be divided into name, account number, phone number and address. But be careful, because there are a lot of numbers and it's easy to get confused. If you need anything dial #3 and ask for Mr. Tucker (one of the staff members who is in charge of all the ATMs and the cards) about it" she says. Then Mr. Tucker comes and lands a HUGE pile of papers on my desk
"Welcome aboard!" he says smiling and then leaves with the director
By the end of the second day, I have completed my task, leaving everyone shocked by how fast I did it.
"Did you check them again?" Mr. Tucker asks me, still not convinced
"Twice!" I say confidently
"Alright, then you are free from me for today, but tomorrow I'll have you here with me to see what I'm doing"
"Alright, thank you" I say and go tell the director that I'm done, so she tells me to stay at my office until 2.30, in case someone needs something and then I'm free to go.
Indeed, for the next month, I'm mostly next to Mr. Tucker, a.k.a Ted, as he has asked me to call him, learning from what he does, but sometimes I'm needed to help the tellers with photocopies and with the papers that need signing from the director.
