Introvert <Yoonmin>

First Day

~~"He is the biggest introvert I ever laid eyes on. Yoongi."~~

Today was Yoongi's first day in the new university. As he got off the train that brought him to it, he immediately began to walk faster so that he won't have to worry about being spoke at.

In front of the school Jimin was sitting with his friends Namjoon, Jungkook, Taehyung and Jin. Hoseok said he would go to buy food and something to drink.

Jimin saw the new boy, dressed all in black, his hands that showed from the oversized hoodie pale and the fingers long. How can a hand be so attractive?

Yoongi just walked past them and into the university. As he got to the principals office, he knocked and was being called to come in.
He laid a piece of paper on the desk. On it were written his name, address, phone number and some other information. As he got a strange look from the principal, Yoongi pointed on the top left of the paper where was written: ''I'm mute". The principal looked on the paper then to Yoongi and back again. Then he just nodded. And gave him a pile of documents with the classes, formulas and the books and materials he would need.

Pov Jimin:
I walked back to class. While I was going past the principals office, a boy as tall as me, maybe a few years older, and more pale than me, walked out of it. He looked up then immediately down again.
Well you shouldn't judge a book by its cover and I also judge humans like that.
After the first lesson of history our maths teacher walked in, a new student walking behind him.
Was he the same boy I saw before? No it can't be he's surely older than me.
As it turns out he is actually really older than me, got me confused.

Our teacher also said that, well he said all and the boy nothing, Min Yoongi is mute.
Why that is?
Maybe I'll ask him later because right now he was looking for a free seat. And right next to me was the only free one left. I liked sitting alone because no one could really bother me with questions or stories.
He couldn't do that or didn't want to so it was ok.

Maths was boring as hell as always. And I can't even understand half of it. When I got stuck on a task I turned to the new boy next to me and saw he already had it solved. "Hey could you maybe help me with that one? I don't understand how to solve it", I said and the Yoongi guy turned to me and nodded slightly.
He then took out a piece of paper and wrote the task on it. Then he wrote down the solution with every single detail how you got to solve it. Yoongi then handed me the paper and smiled gently.
"Thanks."
Wow.. Didn't expect that to happen. But with what he wrote on that paper I was able to solve all the other problems too without great difficulty.

After school when I was walking across the schoolyard I saw Yoongi walking out of the school and in the opposite direction I was going. Quickly I ran over to him. "Hey thanks again for the help in math" I said and saw the older nodding.
Then I had an idea. "Umm..are you free today? Maybe we could hang out and perhaps talk a bit and get to know each other better."
Yoongi took his phone and typed something then showing it to me: 'Sure..I don't have anything to do soo why not'
With that he turned and walked with me to my home.

Yoongi pov.:
I know it's quite.. risky?.. to go with a classmate you don't know right on the first day. But something made me do what I just did. That something was what I never felt before. I just felt safe and that he wouldn't do something like my 'friends' from the other university had done. And I really need someone to take care of me and soothe me whenever I'm down. He seems to be the type for that.
And even if he would be like the others.. I got nothing left to lose anyway.

Jimin pov.:
We had homework and had to do it. If we hadn't we'd gone to a café or something.

I got stuck again on a exercise in English there yoongi helped me solving it by writing down again how I had to do it. The same thing happened in physics and (of course) math.
After we were done doing homework, which Yoongi was faster in maybe because he'd already been in my grade, I asked him if he would like to eat or drink something. He nodded and because it was already 7 pm I made dinner.
