Chapter 18

Nova P.O.V
we finally found another gas station we grabbed two waters and two pieces of pizza and we left.

Chris P.O.V
I was worried about Nova, I wanted to go look for her. I packed my bags for the road, and I got in my truck when my brother comes out saying "Hey! Where are you going with all those bags?" "I'm going to go look for Nova" I replied "Do you really think that's a smart choice?" He asked " I don't really care if it is or not Nova is my girlfriend, and I love her and I am going to go find her, and you can't stop me." I replied "very well then I guess I'll just have to join you then" he said "that's not necessary" I replied "well you can't stop me" he said "ok fine hop in" I said.

1 week later.

Rose P.O.V
I was back in another gas station, I started having hallucinations. I started seeing this person figure, my heart started racing. My anxiety was kicking in, I stabbed the person in my hallucinations. When I snapped back into reality, I noticed
I stabbed a pregnant women. I dropped the knife, the cash register person saw what I had done. I picked up my knife, and stabbed him in the stomach. "You better keep your mouth shut mister, or else we're going to have a problem." I let go of his shirt and left the building.

Nova P.O.V
"Rose!? What happened" I asked "I- I- I stabbed a.... P-pregnant women in the stomach!!" She replied she dropped down to the ground putting her hands on her head while crying she was freaking out and I was too "Rose we have to get out of here you just stabbed a pregnant women that doesn't only count as one murder but it counts as two" I said to her but she was paralyzed i took her hand and I started pulling her up she finally got up and ran away with me we didn't stop running until we were out of people's eye site.

Chris P.O.V
I was driving on the road when I decided to go into the gas station that I saw to get some food when I walked into the gas station there was a women and a cashier person stabbed I rushed to them saying "WHAT HAPPENED!?" but they were already dead out of the glance of my eye I saw two girls running I automatically knew it was Rose and Nova i got into the truck with my brother and drove as fast as I could go so  that we didn't lose Nova and Rose.
10 minutes later they stopped running and we pulled over the truck and went to Rose and Nova
"Nova!?" I said but she wasn't looking so well she looked dizzy and like she was about to pass out and she was freaking out Rose came up to me and told me to leave her alone she was hallucinating that I needed to wait for the hallucinations to be over or else I would be in trouble Rose also mentioned that Nova had a knife on her "But Rose my brother is talking to her!" I said I ran towards Nova and my brother but I was too late Nova had stabbed my brother.

Nova P.O.V
"What happened?" I said but right when I said that I realized that Chris's brother was in front of me dead and Chris was on the ground crying "Chris!! Did I do that?!!!" I asked "YES YOU DID IT!!! I HATE YOU NOVA!! YOU ARE A MURDERER DO YOU REALIZE THAT!? ME AND MY BROTHER WERE COMING TO FIND YOU TO HELP YOU BUT INSTEAD YOU KILLED MY BROTHER!!" He said "Chris I'm so sorry! I dont even know what to sa-" before I could finish my sentence Chris got up and started shaking me back and fourth saying what have you done!! I picked up my knife and stabbed him in the arm so that he would let go of me. And than Rose and I ran again.

3 days later.

Rose P.O.V
Its been a while since the Nova and Chris accident, I feared that it was going to happen to Caleb especially if he ever found out the real truth about his parents and how they supposedly died 7 years ago. I was there for Nova, I comforted her, gave her some space, but in the end I will always be by Nova's side. No matter what's going to happen, we'll get through this together. We have to, we only have each other.  I'm also hoping that Nova and Chris will patch things up, they have to. I believe that they will, don't know when, but soon hopefully.

Nova P.O.V
After 3 days of walking we finally found a hay farm in the middle of nowhere and it was night time I figured if we just slept on the hay for one night no one would find us

The next morning

After waking up I was sore all over from sleeping on the hay but it felt good to finally sleep after so long even though I had nightmares. Me and Rose decided to go to the market up the road so that we could get some food and water I asked Rose how much money she had left and she said she had 5 dollars I told her I had 15 dollars we were running out of money I bought a water and a hot dog and Rose bought the same thing as I did. Out of the glance of my eye I saw this person wearing sunglasses and a good looking our way I felt like we were being watched I pulled Rose aside and told her "what if its the FBI following us!?" Rose said while freaking out "than we are in trouble Rose" i replied
