Chapter 12

Rose P.O.V

It's been two weeks since I escaped the killer, and found this mysterious man who saved me, and losing my memories and everything. We walked through the forest talking about our lives, since I trusted him and all. After 45 minutes of walking. We finally made into the neighborhood live in. We reached the familiar red door and knocked. The door opened to a woman with her blonde hair into a high ponytail, wearing somewhat nice casual clothes, and right next to her stood a man who's about 6 feet all, with black kinda messy hair, wearing a jean jacket, a grey shirt with an S on it, a flannel wrapped around his waist, and black combat boots, and a beanie. "How may we help you?" The guy with black hair asked? "I brought your daughter home, Mr and Mrs. Jones." Reider said. As I stepped out from behind him, my parents had tears in their eyes. Both of them hugged me, they thanked him for everything Reider did. They invited him for tea, but he kindly rejected the offer. When he left, I saw this boy coming downstairs yawning as if he just woke up. He looked at me. "Rose?!" He asked shocked. "Yes, that's me. But what's your name?" I replied. As the boy knew that I wasn't playing with him, he had tears in his eyes. As my parents were witnessing this, they came up to us and told me that before I had the coma, he was my childhood bestfriend and boyfriend. They also told me his name is Caleb. I turned to Caleb and walked towards him, kissing him on the cheek. Then I walked to my room getting ready for the party my parents were throwing for me, that I came home safe and sound.

Nova P.O.V
I didn't sleep at all last night because all I could think about was Rose and if she was ok or not

At 12:00pm, I received a message from the Jones saying Rose was found and that she was alright after telling me about her losing her memories. I was devastated, but I was glad she was safe. After I finished my conversation about Rose, with the Jones. They asked me if I wanted to come to the celebration party, they were hosting I of course said yes.

At 7:00 o'clock, I arrive at the Jones celebration party.

Rose P.O.V

As I was getting ready for the party, I decided to wear my serpent jacket with a black dress that had sunflowers on them, black knee high socks, and black high heel ankle boots, with gold dangling earrings, with a little bit of mascara and eyeliner. I was good to go, I left my room to have fun at this party. I saw 3 people who were oddly familiar to me, i just don't remember where and how i know them. I kinda know one of them from eariler I decided to hang out with them, then my eyes saw Reider (the guy that saved her) I went over to him and thanked him for what all he did. He smiled. Then I went for the food, and grabbed a plate ton of food. Once I was done eating, I hung out with the same 3 people from earlier for the next hour.

Nova P.O.V
Once I  arrived at the party, I saw Rose. She didn't come to me straight away, but after a while she came and hung out with me, Caleb, and Chris. I gave her a big hug, not thinking about how that would feel weird to her. I let go quickly, and I apologized she said it was ok. After 20 minutes of her hanging out with me and Chris and Caleb, I wanted some alone time with my best friend. So I asked if she wanted to go on a walk with me, because I wanted to show her something she said ok and followed me. After walking to a certain place I stopped "Do you remember this Rose?" I asked "no, not really" she responded "oh.." I said. "should I remember this place?" She asked "This is Laylas house. She was one of your best friends, who you held dear to your heart." I said "Oh...well maybe we could knock on the door and talk to her...that might trigger my memory.." She said. "Dang...I forgot that you don't remember...you see your friend Layla, our friend Layla..she was...she was..murdered.." I said. Trying to hold back the tears. It was bringing all the memories back, all the memories of the pain. I didn't want to remember, but if this would help Rose get her memories back than I was willing to do it. "R-really?" She said "Yes..really. I'm so sorry Rose" I said. "I just wish I could feel sad for the loss of my friend, but instead I feel nothing and it's killing me.." She said I could tell she was trying not to cry.

Rose P.O.V
After walking pass Layla's house, and relearning things about her. I felt nothing and it was killing me. We kept walking, I felt someone following us. I looked back and saw nothing. I shook it off. "You okay?" Nova asked me. "Y-yeah." I replied. As we kept walking, a black truck was following us. Nova and I didn't really pay attention, to the black truck. As soon as it stopped, asking if we need a ride. Nova and I both said no, but in a polite way. The tall fat guy wearing a camouflage hoodie said to bad. He held both of us at gun point, and makes us get into his truck. He ties our feet and hands together, then he put duct tape over our mouths. Then he drove off.
