“C'mon bro! You know it's not that bad!”

“What do you mean not that bad?! It's....no, I just can't. You celebrate with it, and get a poultry farm while you're at it. But, do not tell me to eat eggs.” Sami ranted on ignoring my kind pleas. I mean, eggs don't even taste bad, like they don't even have a proper taste. But, someone tell this to this guy here.

“As if, coffee is any better!” I retorted back. If he goes against my eggs, I'm gonna castigate him for shoving that dark drink down his throat every two hours.

“Adam, we're sitting in a Coffee shop.

He made an innocent face while stating the degrading fact. No matter how right he was, I ain't letting this go. “So? Doesn't mean that every Vegetable vendor loves vegetables. Moreover, it's your fault that we're here and I'm eating eggs. Why do you have such an inhumane urge to drink coffee hourly, might I add?”

“I need it to persevere in your presence.” He not so politely stated and began laughing like an animal that resembled a combination of Chimpanzees and Sea horses. I had my eyes narrowed at this and shoved a huge spoonful of eggs in his wide mouth! Serves right, for persevering in my presence!

After coughing for half a minute straight, he breathlessly looked at me, and immediately, I smacked a few notes on the table and flew out, after thrusting the remains of my Egg-in-a-hole breakfast sandwich into my mouth.

My mouth remained in an O-shape as my smoothie was purloined out of my hand and mercilessly thrown in the dustbin.

“There. Was. Some. Smoothie. In. It.” I, with an enormous amount of self-restraint pointed out to the brute beside me.

“You mean the atomic remnants? I think you slurped that as well!” Sami vocalized and apathetically walked ahead. He stopped a few steps away for me to catch up, which I dejectedly did.

“So? What's the next step?”. He asked and I then disclosed my scheme along with the impeccable grin I owned.

“This is hard. And tiring. But, I'm not complaining.” I received a smile from my friend when he enounced, after applying cement on one of the bricks. I couldn't agree more with him at this moment in time.
