"maia open the door!" i hear my dads voice at the door

I walk to the door not even hearing him at first but I was talking to mattia

"yes dad" I say leaned against the door frame "our department is working on the polibio case again" he said with a smile

"Okay? and?" i say with an attitude "well we alrdy have some clues of where he is and how he is doing any of these murders" my dad says

"he hasnt murdered anyone in days" i say sitting on my bed "I kn- wait how you know that"

"I-it hasnt been on the news yet" I laugh nervously he nods in agreement "So how about you try one more time with the case"

I didnt want to do it. I was alrdy working with mattia on the low and i didnt want to make it worst. as in mattia shoots me for working against him

"no thanks dad, I dont wanna do that anymore. to stressful. and school is coming up tomorrow? no thanks" I say

"true. well okay thanks for doing the little you did for us" he smiles

I nod and he walks out the front door. I close it and just sigh to myself. now i have to tell mattia

I put on some sweats and a sports bra because I didn't want to get dress and stuff. I was on my phone relaxing and I got breaking new thing

mattia polibio the new Jersey murderer has struck again down town. he killed 2 young teens named Greta and julian. please notify anyone if you have seen him

I just laughed and put my phone up. i hear some knocking at the door and I open it.

"hey" lilly smiled "hi, brought clothes?" i asked "yes ofc" she giggled

she walked in and sat on my bed with her back pack. she pulled out a bunch of candy and I smiled and she nodded

"we about to get high of of surger" she laughed "yk it!" I hyped her up

we sat on my bed and did face mask, hair things, nails, watched movies, talked, told stories and normal girl things

"So how are you and mattia" she smiled "wym?" I ask eating a sour patch kid "i mean the kiss at the shallet looked so romantic"

i laffed-

"this kiss had to be done" I chuckled "no it didn't"  "yes it did, im "pregnant" and his "girlfriend" I say

"Well it looked as if he was into it" she rolled her eyes playfully "no matter how hot i am to him we aren't gonna date" I scoff

"you never know" she nudges me "I do know" I nudge her back

we spent all they way up until 3am getting ready for school in the morning and talking. me and her go to sleep.
