Diana POV

"Y-you're pregnant. Diana you're pregnant. Baby, we're having a pup." He says excitedly. I can literally see the excitement in his eyes.
Lately I've been wearing baggy shirts to cover it up until Thomas noticed. I thought he would notice last night, when we.... Yeah. That.
"Yeah. We are." I say with a smile.
We look into each others eyes and he kisses me passionately.
I couldn't ask for anything more.

"What do you mean we have to leave now ??" I scream at my mother.
"That was just the first attack. You don't think your father knows I'm here ? He knows and he's trying to get you away from me so your powers won't be activated."
"But what about our lives ? Mates ? Axel ?" I exclaim. "They can come with us. Even Diana and Thomas. We just have to go for a few weeks and once he sees that you're off the radar he'll leave you alone."
"So who's going to watch the pack ?" I exclaim. My pack needs to be safe. "My beta Robert, he's trustworthy." Damian whispers while wrapping his arms around me.
"Okay then. Let's get a move on people." My mother said, and dragged Brianna after her to begin packing. "I guess this is it." I whisper to Damian.
"We'll be back." He shrugs while we walk to our room to begin packing. "I know, but I'm really gonna miss the pack. And just our everyday life."
"Don't worry babe. Robert is a good person and he knows what he's doing. He's always wanted to be an alpha but wasn't fortunate enough to be born from one." He says while packing some underwear.
I go through my undergarment drawer and Damian stops me. "I want to pick for you." He grins.
"No way. I would be walking around with thongs and string bras if it were your choice." I say while laughing.
"With clothes ! at least." He murmurs the last part.
I just laugh and pack some thongs. Maybe he'll be lucky. But I mostly pack regular panties and bras.
"I'll go tell Diana and Thomas." Damian whispers into my ear then kisses me on my neck once and walks out. I sigh. Hopefully we'll be able to come back soon and dad will stop trying to go after me.
I don't even understand what I am honestly. No matter how many times people tell me, I don't think I'd understand.
"They're packing." I hear Damian say. I nod once while folding some shirts.
"Babe it's not gonna be for so long. We'll be okay." Damian mutters. "I know. I need to ask my mom something." I say and walk out.
When I get to her door, I hear talking and muttering inside.
"Yes I know...... Yes I have them packing...... We'll be there...... No I couldn't get her to go alone...... Well she made new friends and doesn't want to lose her mate....... Yes, we will be able to kill her.
I gasp and step away from the door. I run downstairs and call for Brianna. "Brianna !" I yell and she immediately runs over. "Yes Luna ?" She says.
"My mother- your mate- is planning on killing us. Killing me ! Did you know about this ??" I scream at her. She flinches at my cruel tone and shakes her head furiously. "I had no idea at all Luna, I swear !!" She says and puts her hands up in surrender.
Tears roll down her face and my face softens. She really didn't know.
"I thought she loved me... She's my mate, and I thought she loved me. But..." She says and trails off. "But ? But what ?" I say.
"I didn't feel any sparks when we touched or anything. I haven't felt an attraction. When I marked her the mark disappeared." She says while looking away thoughtfully.
"So that means..." I say and trail off.
"Elina lied about being my mate."
