Björn

His first reaction is shocking. He couldn't believe she went this way or she was able to go until the end after all they lived together. His acid tears are charged with disgust and indignation. He never thought she loved him so little that he couldn't be reason enough for her at least to try...

Ubbe

His silence is all that is heard once he finds her this way. He takes to himself every single step of her funeral, from taking care of her to shot the arrow that sets her boat on fire, without a single word. She didn't want to talk to him or ask him for help. There is nothing he needs to tell her or anyone. He withdraws himself to isolation for a while and then she becomes a forbidden subject once all he wants is to forget he wasn't able to save her or be enough for her to stay.

Hvitserk

As soon as he finds her, he would lose his strength and fall to his knees. With all his forces, he would force the tears back to his eyes, preventing them to fall. She chose not to be with him, she chose to leave him this horrible way instead of trusting him to face whatever was hurting her that much. He would set her a proper funeral and would never be able to forget what he saw or the way she left him. It would mark him forever, but he also wouldn't shed a single tear for her. She chose her fate, now is his task to move on no matter how hard it will be.

Sigurd

It breaks his heart, but not to suffering. To emptiness, instead. Once his eyes can see her lifeless body, everything on him turns to zero. He doesn't even want to take part in her funeral rites.
To him, she is just another woman who chose to neglect and abandon him so she deserves the same attention his mother's death had from his heart: none.

Ivar

Once he discovers what she did, all the emotion in his eyes would turn to anger. He would turn his back, close the door, and set the entire house on fire, with his memories, her things, and everything that could remind him of her inside the burning place. This way he can burn her to the ashes she chose to be since he will never be able to forgive her for giving up of her place beside him.
