A basket was waiting for them on their doorstep. That basket held a baby girl, who looked to have just been born. A note about the baby's birthday and a simple thank you. Ragnar and Lagertha raised Kit as if she was one of their own, but Ragnar had a hunch about the baby. So, he vowed that Kit and Bjorn would one day be man and wife.
