4 years later.

it's been 4 years.

Levi and Leilani are now 5 years old. Cheryl is 27 and Toni is 29.

Violet is 8 years old, Sweetpea had another baby. Lucas is now 2.

okay, on with the story.

"Mama!" Leilani cheered as Toni picked her up from school.

Levi wasn't too far behind her. "Hey princess, how was school?" Toni asked.

"Great! Levi helped with my work." Leilani smiled.

"Levi is an amazing brother." Toni smiled, helping the twins into the car.

"Mommy home?" Levi asked.

"Not yet. She's at a meeting." Toni smiled.

"How about we hang out a bit until we have to go pick up mommy? Sounds good?" Toni asked the two auburn-haired five-year-olds.

"Okay." Levi and Leilani smiled.

Cheryl's been so busy with work the following week. She usually picks up the twins from school, but she couldn't that week.

Levi frowned, hating that Cheryl was always working.

"Bubbas, I know mommy's been caught up at work but I promise that everything will be back to normal Monday morning, okay?" Toni asked.

"Okay, mama." Levi nodded.

Leilani grabbed his hand, holding it. He smiled, holding it tightly.

Toni smiled at them in the rearview mirror. The twins always had that special bond that was unbreakable.

They had their bickers here and there but they'd always make up right after. Something Cheryl nor Toni had with their siblings. And Cheryl has her very own twin.

"Is uncle Jason bringing over Chase today?" Leilani asked, referring to her 7-month-old cousin.

Yep, Jason finally got his dream. Becoming a father. Jason meet a girl named Melissa and after a year of dating, Mellisa got pregnant with Chase Blossom.

"Chase came down with a cold, so not today." Toni frowned.

"Okay." She nodded.

Cheryl walked into the house, greeting her family.

"Hey, guys." Cheryl smiled.

"Mommy!" Leilani giggled, running over to her.

"Hey, babes. How was school?" Cheryl kisses her cheek.

"Great! Levi helped me with my work." She said happily.

"Aww, that's nice." Cheryl smiled, placing the girl back down.

"Hey, baby." Cheryl greeted, kissing the woman.

"Hey, how was the meeting?" Toni asked.

"Great. So I got my hours cut down, I'll be working from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm so I can pick up the twins." Cheryl smiled.

"That's great, baby." Toni smiled.

Cheryl frowned when she saw her son's expression.

"Levi, come on." Cheryl said, holding her hand out.

Levi sighed, taking the redhead's hand before leaving with her.

Cheryl picked him up, placing him on the counter in the kitchen.

"What's the matter?" Cheryl asked, ruffling his hair.

"You didn't pick us up today." Levi frowned.

"Mommy was busy. Besides, mama picked you up, what's wrong with that?" Cheryl asked.

"Nothing it's just you usually pick us up, and take us to the park. Mama doesn't do that." He frowned.

"Mama isn't a mind reader. She doesn't know what you want to do unless you say so, okay?" Cheryl said.

"Okay." Levi nodded.

Cheryl kissed his forehead as he jumped down from the counter.

"Goodnight, babes." Cheryl whispered kissing Leilani's forehead.

"We love you guys." Toni whispered before tucking Levi in.

"Night." They both yawned as Cheryl and Toni walked out of the room.

Toni and Cheryl changed into their Pjs.

"Today was a long day." Toni chuckled, pulling Cheryl into her.

"Tell me about it." Cheryl giggled, kissing Toni's lips.

"Levi was upset today." Cheryl frowned.

"I know. But, you will be able to pick them up from now on." Toni smiled.

"Yep." Cheryl sighed.

"Goodnight, baby." Toni whispered.

"Goodnight, Babe." Cheryl smiled, tucking her face into Toni's neck.
