It was finally Thursday night and I couldn't be more relieved. It had been a long tiring week balancing between classes and avoiding Gabriel. I was at my place getting ready to leave for a night out. I mean I was ready I just had to find my damn keys so I could leave.

I hadn't had any assignments to complete so I had spent the rest of the day after class pampering myself. I had a new hairdo which was done into makeba box braids that had been cut short at my shoulders. They looked amazing on me if I do say so myself. I also had my nails done in black polish with white leaf designs on them.

I was currently dressed in a black long sleeved off shoulder cropped top with a matching skirt that reached mid thigh. I had done my make up to look simple yet sophisticated with smokey eyes and maroon lipstick. My white high top evolution boots completed the look. I was ready to go wreak havoc.

I finally located my keys at the bottom of my book bag. I don't know how they got in there yet I had used them to get into the house. Giving myself one last look in the mirror I liked what I saw so I grabbed my small clutch with everything I needed left. I locked the door behind me and quickly left the building.

I never lingered in the hallways anymore because I was avoiding Gabriel. Thankfully I hadn't run into him even once. I knew he was still there because I heard noise sometimes and the team came over a lot. His motorcycle was also pretty loud so I always heard him leave and arrive. It looks like he really had listened to me and was keeping his distance. A part of me was hurt that he had actually listened to me and we wouldn't talk no more but the more logical part of me knew all this was for the best. The logical part of me won.

When I got outside I noticed that Gabriel's motorcycle wasn't where he usually parked it so he wasn't home. Good for him. Thankfully the uber I had called had already arrived when I got outside so I just got in and I was off. A new club called The Drill had opened and I wanted to try it out get a few drinks and maybe someone to drill into me. See what I did there. The clubs name and reference to someone actually..... Nothing.. Okay.

I wasn't one of those girls who needed company to have a good time. I didn't mind the company of someone I knew but I didn't necessarily need it. I knew what I wanted and I went for it. And besides clubbing with someone else especially a girl was an unnecessary burden. I had to look out for them as well as me too. I wasn't a fan of that.

The uber pulled up just outside the club. I paid him and got out straightening my skirt in the process. It looked nice on the outside with a huge blue lit neon light with the clubs logo and two bouncers outside. There wasn't a line so I just entered and was immediately lost in a world I was familiar with.

There were people everywhere drinking and dancing to the loud music bouncing off from every corner. There were two bars, a dj booth and tables arranged next to the walls and all around too. It wasn't anything fancy but it was a really neat place. I walked up to the bar and sat on the stool at the very furthest end.

"What can I get you?" The bartender asked me as soon as he was finished tending his other customer.

"Anything that with the highest alcohol content." I ordered and he smiled at me.

"Are you sure you can handle that?" He asked me.

"Try me." I replied.

"Well okay." He said turning around and grabbing a bottle off the shelf behind him.

He grabbed a glass but I pushed it away and took the bottle from him. Thankfully my lipstick was smudge free. I unscrewed the cap and took one swing. It actually wasn't that bad. I had tasted much stronger stuff so this was easy to swallow down. It left a burning sensation in my throat and warmed my body leaving me feeling lively. . The bartender just stared at me shock.
