"If we're gonna talk, then come inside, at least." Tetsutetsu gave him a nervous glance.
"But all the people--"
"You owe an explanation to all of them, too," Kaminari cut in, his face completely unreadable, which was somewhat unsettling to Shinsou. Though, he could tell from his tone, at least, that he was not happy in the slightest.
Hesitantly, Tetsutetsu nodded, wringing his hands as he walked in and sat on the spot made for him on one of the sofas. "I, uh," he stuttered. "I just want you guys to know that I didn't-- I never imagined Neito would take things so far."
Shinsou arched an eyebrow. "What's that supposed to mean?" he asked, prodding him to continue.
Tetsutetsu shifted in his seat. "I did help him out at first, though I didn't know why he wanted to know a bunch of stuff about Shinsou and Kaminari."
"You mean you gave him all the info for him stalking me?"
Tetsutetsu nodded slowly. "He threatened to break up with me if I didn't," he rushed to explain. "He said that it wouldn't have been manly to not help him, so..." He trailed off, but Shinsou was starting to understand. Monoma had manipulated him, forced him. Of course, he did. Shinsou would definitely not put it past that sick bastard.
"Bro," Kirishima said, rubbing his back reassuringly, "That's messed up."
"I know!" Tetsutetsu agreed, throwing up his hands. "And I feel terrible for helping him. And for using your kindness like that, Kiri," he said, looking into his friend's eyes. Kirishima looked him over for a moment before giving him a small smile.
"It's okay, Tetsu," he told him. "I understand. That was so unmanly of Monoma to take advantage of you, though!" Tetsutetsu nodded before looking up at Shinosu and Kaminari, who were now standing side by side, thoroughly confused.
"I got all the information from Kirishima. I was surprised when he didn't ask questions, but then, it's Kiri we're talking about. He's so nice! I felt terrible taking advantage of that!" He took a deep breath, looking between the two. "What I mean to say is, I'm sorry. I never would have helped him if I knew what would come out of it. I should have just dumped him then." Denki nodded, flashing him his signature bright smile.
"It's okay, dude," he said before his smile stopped meeting his eyes, watching Tetsutetsu in an almost threatening manner. "Just don't do that again." He clasped his hands together. Tetsutetsu was, to put it simply, terrified. Denki's silent threat seemed to work. Shinsou couldn't help the slight smirk that pulled at his lips.
"And Shinsou," Tetsutetsu started after turning away from Kaminari, "I'm sorry for everything that happened in the past. I... You probably hate me now, which is understandable, but I am sorry. I never meant for you to get hurt. I tried to convince Neito not to, but... Well, you know how he is." He let out a dry chuckle, and Shinsou nodded with understanding.
"It's alright," he said. Tetsutetsu smiled at him. "Besides, I think everything worked out okay in the end, huh?" He wrapped an arm around Denki, looking at him as the blond smiled, giving him a quick peck on the cheek.
It was only when Shinsou turned his head back to the group that he noticed them all staring at him and Kaminari. Oh, right. They hadn't told anyone yet. Up until now, they still thought they were broken up.
"Uh," Denki stumbled, chortling. "Surprise? We made up."
There was an eerie silence that overtook the room before Mina cheered, "It's about time!" Kirishima and Bakugou were quick to agree.
"They broke up?" Midoriya asked, looking at Todoroki who just shrugged. Shinsou snickered at the interaction before his dad rushed forward gripping Denki by his shoulders.
