Additional Warning: Alcohol Usage

As soon as Kaminari walked into the bar, "Midnight's" he heard his friends call it, he knew this was going to be fun. The bar's lighting was purple, making it somewhat dim. He heard the chattering of people, some drunkenly talking to each other, joking, laughing. Everyone at the small place seemed to be enjoying themselves. The setting was pretty chill, and Kaminari felt calm and in his element here. He was definitely coming back.

As he entered with Kirishima, the scent of alcohol reached his nose. Bakugou wasn't with them. He had left them shortly after he agreed for Denki to come to the show. Denki was excited. He never expected his short-tempered friend to have the patience to be in a band. He didn't seem like the type to get along that well with other people enough to work and write music with them. Kaminari had obviously judged the blond wrong.

Kirishima, after making sure it was alright with Denki, left to go find some of his other friends, leaving him alone. Denki was fine with that.

Drifting around the bar, Kaminari decided to go over to the counter. He hadn't planned on drinking, but Bakugou and his band wouldn't be performing for another hour at least, so he had some time to kill.

As he approached the bar area, Kaminari saw a cute girl sitting at one of the stools with a drink in her hand. Score! Denki strode over and sat next to the girl. She looked good. She had straight purple hair, ending at her shoulders, with bangs covering her forehead. The tank top she was wearing ended just above her belly button, wearing black skinny jeans and a flannel tied around her waist. Her earlobes extended into cords ending a little above her hair. A part of her quirk, Kaminari had assumed. He couldn't mess this up.

As he sat down, the girl eyed him, then shifted her attention back to her drink before taking another sip, only to find it was empty.

"Can I buy you another?" Kaminari suggested, leaning closer to her as he did so. She simply eyed him again before grabbing the attention of the bartender.

"What's the most expensive drink you have?" she asked, smirking at the blond. This is not what he meant.

"That'd be number fourteen on the list." The bartender pointed to a piece of paper in front of them with the names and number of various alcoholic beverages. The girl's smirk shifted into a slight smile.

"I'll have that then, please," she ordered. "He's paying." She pointed at Denki. As much as he wanted to protest as the bartender nodded, walking off to prepare the drink, he didn't want to ruin his chances with this girl. He just looked at her.

"What?" she asked, turning back to him. "You offered to buy me a drink." As terrible as that move was, Kaminari couldn't help but just become more intrigued by this girl.

"I said another of what you had, not something else." The girl just smirked again.

"Who's to say that's not what I already had?" She got him there.

"If you're going to make me spend so much money on you, at least let it be for dinner instead." Kaminari mentally high-fived himself for that one. That was smooth!

The girl just rolled her eyes, her smile fading. The bartender came back with the drink and turned to Denki, handing him the bill. Denki simply sighed and gave the man his credit card. "There goes my paycheck for this week," he mumbled. Of course, the girl heard.

"That's what you get for offering." She took a sip of the drink and her eyes widened. "Holy crap, that's strong!" She laughed, taking another sip as her face scrunched up again.

As they continued to talk to and flirt, meaning Denki was flirting and the girl was just trying to have a conversation, they both lost track of the time. Denki didn't even end up drinking after all.

The girl, who still hadn't told Denki her name despite him sharing his, took one last sip of her drink before checking the time. Denki looked over her shoulder and realized Bakugou would be on at any moment. The girl immediately shot up from her seat.

"Damnit, I lost track of the time. I've gotta go!" She started to walk away.

"Wait!" Denki called after her. "I wanna see you again. It doesn't even have to be a date!" She stopped and looked at him for a second before a small, genuine smile graced her lips.

"You will." She spun around once more and took off, leaving Denki to his lonesome. He sighed, wondering what she meant, before moving to the stage, sitting down at one of the closest tables. He couldn't wait to see Bakugou perform! He hoped it would be soon.

As if his silent prayers were answered, he heard the strum of a guitar from behind the curtain of the stage. The chatter of the guests died down as the curtain opened, revealing three people.

Immediately, Kaminari noticed Bakugou's familiar fluffy blonde hair from behind the drumset. He felt a little disappointed that Bakugou wouldn't be singing, but that disappointment was gone the moment he realized that the second band member, on bass, was none other than the girl he was flirting with at the bar just mere moments ago. She saw him sitting in front of the stage and gave him a slight nod.

Denki was almost too distracted by the other two to notice the man in front, who appeared to be the lead vocalist. Almost too distracted.

The moment he laid eyes on him, his heart stopped. He held a purple guitar and was wearing an outfit similar to his female bandmate's, the tank top not quite as short, but still tight enough to show off his muscles, and had no flannel. His lavender hair stuck up everywhere, with bright, matching irises. He was gorgeous.

He made eye contact with the blond, and time seemed to stop. The man just slightly smirked, so subtle Denki wasn't even sure it was there if it weren't that look in his eyes. Denki felt his stomach flip. The man turned to say something to his bandmates before glancing back at him.

Denki just stared. "Oh my god. . ."
