A/N: Enjoy the fluff while you can
Shinsou was excited by the day the date rolled around. Though he was somewhat nervous. He had no idea what to wear, either. Was this supposed to be fancy? Or casual? He didn't know!
He thought to text Denki about it but decided against it. Instead, he turned to the only other person who knew might be able to help: Jirou.
"Never thought I'd see the day where you ask me for help with a date," she said as she walked into Hitoshi's apartment. Shinsou rolled his eyes.
"Never thought I'd see the day, either." Jirou ignored him and instead walked straight into his bedroom. She immediatly opened up his closet door, digging around in the various clothing items, tossing shirts and pants and other accessories over her shoulder. Shinsou sighed, knowing he'd have to be the one to clean up the clothing strewn about.
Jirou would occasionally pull something and put it in a small pile to the left of her, but by the time she was done sorting through everything, nearly all of Shinsou's clothes were laying on his floor. He stood by the door of his room, impatiently crossing his arms and tap his foot. He didn't have too much time until he needed to meet Kaminari, only about fifty minutes. Jirou'd better hurry up.
But when Kyoka had finally decided on something for him to wear, spreading the outfit out on his bed, he was actually pleasantly surprised.
"Now go! Put it on!" she urged as she practically shoved him into his bathroom to change. When he emerged, she was beaming ear to ear.
"I did good, huh?" Jirou asked. Shinsou had to admit, she did. He took a look at himself in the mirror. The black jeans she'd chosen actually went pretty well with the navy shirt. She'd insisted he'd wear his old jean jacket. Shinsou usually didn't like denim on denim, but this actually worked well. He slid on his sneakers to complete the look.
"Yeah, yeah," Shinsou huffed, not about to feed his bandmate's ego even more. "Now get out, I need to finish getting ready." Jirou just shook her head.
"Oh, no. I'm not leaving until we do something about that hair," she said, grinning mischievously as she held up a hairbrush. Shinsou took a step back, his hand instinctively going up to his hair.
"No," he said, shaking his head as she neared him. "You're not getting anywhere near my hair. It's not even that bad!" Jirou scoffed as she continued walking towards him.
"Your hair looks worse than 'Shitty Hair' on a bad hair day." She made air quotes at Bakugou's nickname for Kirishima with one hand and reached out with the brush with the other. Hitoshi darted across to the other side of the room. There was no way Jirou was fixing his hair.

So, Jirou managed to fix his hair.
But that didn't matter to Shinsou because Denki liked it and told him he should wear like this more often. Maybe he would, then.
"Denki, where are we going?" Shinsou asked as he felt the ground beneath him start to slope upwards.
"You'll see! We're almost there," the blond replied, leading him up what Hitoshi assumed was a hill.
Kaminari had for some reason blindfolded him when they arrived at a small park, telling him he needed to wear it until they reached their destination for the surprise date. Shinsou hadn't resisted, though he was somewhat suspicious of what his boyfriend was planning. Knowing Denki, it probably wouldn't be good.
